Very welcoming, tea and scones on arrival was lovely. Our triple room had 2 singles and a double which was lovely for us three girls. It was very quiet in the guest house and the breakfast was plenytful and delicious. The owner Mrs o'leary was lovely very helpful. The guest house is in a good situation from city centre (about 10/15 mins walk) and airport (short taxi ride in a taxi via ringroad). Would reccomend to anyone who wants homely atmosphere. |

Good location, nice rooms and surroundings, friendly atmosphere, delicious breakfast. I had to change room during my stay, but luckily got a bigger one than I had booked in advance. No exact street address available (but only the name of the street). City bus 8 and the skylink to airport could also be mentioned at the web site. |

I had a very nice stay at Killarney House. The location is convenient and the staff is lovely, especially Margaret. It is a good value for the money and the Irish hospitality is terrific. |

Lovely welcome, excellent room (spotlessly clean) with all the facilities super breakfast and very polite staff. Location was ideal right opposite the university and delightful surrounding gardens. Reasonable walking distance to the Town centre. Could not ask more for a wonderful short break stay on our way back home from the West Coast I was looking ..........but couldn't find anythng to fault! Lovely |

I was greeted with warm scones, coffee and a very friendly face. The place is spotlessy clean (the decor is far from designer-chic, but that may be a plus, depending on your taste!), and the staff are both kind and ultra-efficient. The cooked breakfast was perfectly made and beautifully presented. I'd go back for sure, as it's excellent value. |

The staff were very friendly and lent us a map of Cork since we were looking for one to buy. Breakfast service was very quick except on the Sunday but the hotel was very full and the girls did their very best to satisfy everyone. The jaccuzi didn't seem to work which was a bit disappointing since I have never used a jaccuzi bath and was looking forward to it ;-) |
