hotel was very clean porter in hotel was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean.Good location in killarney town plenty of parking room.pool and spa was very nice. breakfast wasnt great for 5 star hotel it was basic had better breakfasts in 3 star hotels and not that freindly in the morning in the breakfast room,there as a very tense atmosphere for some reason. |

Very comfortable & cosy hotel with lots of fires lighting in different rooms during the winter. Excellent location in the heart of Killarney town with ample parking. Nice pool area and outside hot tube. Staff nice and friendly and nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected a decent wall mounted plasma TV with lots of channels, the tv in my room didn't work very well and it was quite old. Even though the breakfast was nice, I would have expected a slightly bigger spread. |

The friendliness of the concierge, reception and dining room staff, the pool and hot tub facilities and the quality of the hotel A small point,but the Garden Bar staff did not offer peanuts to all customers |

/the location is excellent as it is central. The staff were helpful and sent us to a wonderful Italian restaurant across the street. I found the sheets rough...after travelling a week in upscale hotels this is the only time I felt the sheets were uncomfortable. |

Had a very relaxing break in this hotel.The ambiance there was so relaxing.The room was lovely.Great value.Bar food was surprisingly very reasonably priced and tasted very good. (It was NOT a rip off) Staff were so nice and helpful and called to the room in the afternoon to check if we needed anything.Hotel room was very warm but the air conditioning solved that. Did not receive the Sunday paper so asked Reception who gladly gave us a paper they had.On checking-out we were billed for drinks in the bar which we hadnt ordered but the Receptionist removed them from our bill immediately.Bedroom walls were not very sound proof as family staying in room next to us were very noisy really early in the morning - children crying and doors banging. |

on arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful ate in the hotel restaurant food was lovely staff very efficent and friendly the hotel has a very warm and friendly atmosphere would most certainly stay again |

This was a beautiful hotel in a very central location. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We have a toddler who really enjoyed the pool. A real cot was also provided for him in the room not a travel cot like we got in other hotels. The food was very good in the hotel bar and in the restaurant. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay |

The staff were fantastic and very helpfull. The girl on the reception desk recommended a place to eat and it was beautiful. I tryed to book a mums to be treatment in the spa and they could not fit me in. I had to go to another hotel to have it. |

We both loved every aspect of the hotel. Your staff are exceptional. The hotel is one of the best I ever stayed in and we will be back again soon. The shower was a bit of a dissappointment. I guess I am use to my power shower. |

Staff were very professional - very helpful but not obtrusive. Evening meal in restaurant was superb, I had duck and my partner had beef. Enjoyed the piano music. the only negative for my partner was the full irish breakfast which was over cooked but otherwise great selection for breakfast |
