A family-run bed and breakfast in a quiet location, Inveraray has wonderful views of the Gap of Dunloe, Killarney Lakes and mountains. It also offers free Wi-Fi and a cup of tea on arrival.

Score from 152 reviews Excellent
Walking distance from centre of town with all facilities and helpful staff.
Charming staff and you can use the kettle for yourself in the staff kitchen for coffee and te.
It´s far away to the town center about 25 min walking, It was cold and the room didn´t have any blanket. The radiators didn´t work, just sometimes and the breakfast was nothing special. I´ve been in hostels cheaper and better than this.
The staff were very polite and helpful
No tea facilities in bedroom.
Lovely staff, good breakfast, very comfortable
Price was good, breakfast was good, we slept well and could easily walk to/from town. The guys in the house were very friendly and helpful. Good budget stay.
No real complaints just some observations. The house itself could have been a little more 'homely' for a guesthouse. It was very basic, I would almost consider it budget hostel standard rather than guesthouse/B&B standard. some background radio/music in the breakfast room would be a nice addition, it felt a little awkward without something!
smell of damp in the rooms
Nice breakfast New shower Comfti beds Approx. 15-20 min to city centre
We arrived late after a very long drive and long past the expected check in time, the owner could not have been any nicer and immediately offered tea and biscuits in our room, very thoughtful. Nice, basic room and a nice breakfast
Quite a clinical feel to the dining room in particular, property almost looks like an empty house from the roadside although merely cosmetic, only 3 tv channels to choose from, only mentioning as a flat screen tv is 1 of the features mentioned
We felt the room, meal and location was excellent and the service was great too
probably only thing would be that it was a bit difficult to find as we arrived really late and the GPS needed a house number. maybe put gps points in their Ad's. we did however have this problem everywhere as Ireland don't have house numbers.
Very clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The whole place seems newly renovated. It is close to the highway, so it's easy to find. Nice breakfast and helpful, easygoing staff. :)
The renovations may be still going on because there is a strong, lingering smell of new paint and construction and very sparse decorations. It's kind of out of the way...about a 15 minute drive from downtown Killarney and the attractions in Killarney National Park.
Welcoming and friendly staff who offered hot drinks on arrival. The breakfast provided set us up well for a long day of driving. Facilities were clean and great for the price.
It was quite clean, and the staff was quiet but nice.
Very simple B&B, just minimum and cheaply made furnitures, room, etc. Disgusting smell of frying was all over the hallway in the morning. Really to expensive for a mininum&clean BnB.
No facilities in the room. The room smelt damp. Very dated. Needs in need of makeover.
Don't expect bling .... this isn't fancy but is clean comfortable and safe with good value for your travelling $$
A big room, friendly stuff, good breakfast, very good shower (good stream).
The house made mainly of wood so we heard every step (woke us 7 in the morning)
Very good value, breakfast great, good location
A little rough around the edges
Friendly and welcoming staff Good breakfast
Lack of tea/coffee in bedroom
Clean room with lovely breakfast and friendly helpful staff
very plain building could use a bit of decoration or a bit of greenery
Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean.
location breakfast hosts
no tea or coffee in room no power shower not very homely, just a few more pictures on walls, radio on as background music in breakfast room
Host was very friendly and helpful
Room very basic, no tea/coffee making facilities.
Clean roomy, friendly staff, good location, staff did make us a pot of tea on arrival. good breakfast.
external of property could do with a paint job. windows need cleaning. no tea or coffee in room
Excellent position very close to city. Good usual Irish breakfast.
