Pleasant and very comfortable with a good central location. The only issue that I would have had with the hotel would be that all their rooms were non-smoking. |

the lady running the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful, thought it was very nice the way she remembered our daughters name the next morning. i thought the room was very basic and thought it would be more luxourios. |

The location was good I would recommend that the do not disturb sign is placed outside the door. We were awoken at 8am and 10am by housekeeping wanting to come into the room. It was ridiculous. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the Killarney Plaza hotel - we received a very warm and friendly welcome on arriving. The staff were helpful without being intrusive, and left us to enjoy our weekend in comfort. We would certainly recommend this Hotel! |

The room was very lovely and large accomodations! The indoor pool and jacuzzi was very conevient and appreciated after a long day driving the Ring of Kerry and hiking the Killarney National Park. Had we been there longer we would have taken advantage of the spa. The location was great in the town of Killarney being in walking distance to everything. |

The Leisure centre, the situation and the breakfast choices, loved the porridge. Breakfast times finished too early as most people arrived about half nine quarter to ten to get in before the deadline, as a result there was a long wait to get into the breakfast room. Probably extending the time may reduce this wait for people as most people prefer to relax on their holiday and it may reduce the last minute rush. The lift was slow on saturday as it was busy but not the end of the world. |

the location of the hotel was quite central the rooms were very comfortable and clean. really liked the molton products in the bathroom. The receptionist seemed to be a bit distracted when dealing with us think she may have been under pressure could probably do with having more people on reception during busy times. |

Fabulous hotel in the middle killarney, staff were super friendly and helpful, the leisure centre was very relaxing with only a few guests using the facilities at any one time, which meant you practically had the pool to yourself. Our evening meal which was included in the weekend deal was top notch and the waiting staff really looked after you |

We were upgraded to an executive room, which we thought was fantastic seeing as we were there for our anniversary. |

Good location, very nice breakfast We checked in @ 22:00 - and the front desk staff was tired and none-caring. The morning crew was great - warm, smiling, professional. The room decor was outdated, and there was a distinct moldy "Grandma Hubard" smell to the room. The matresses were extremley wornout and the pillows very hard and uncomfortable. |

Location in town centre, exceptionally friendly staff. No parking when we arrived and had to pay for parking in public car park . Breakfast was mediocre. Lovely steak for dinner - excellent |

The Spa was sheer heaven. The whole stay was a wonderful experience with staff going the extra mile to ensure every need was attended to. The breakfast was excellent with the staff making every effort to provide a gluten free alternative, something not available in a lot of similar hotels. While the hotel room was excellent. There needs to be a choice of pillows etc to cater for those with allergies to down . Did not pursue this and perhaps this policy is already in place |

The food was very good very well presented. The parking or lack of it!!!!!!!! impossible to get a space, had to park in the public car park leave my room at 8. 30 each morning to put parking discs in my car. I did not find this a relaxing break at all !!!! suited to coach tours as no worries about parking, very dissappointing will not be back again. |

The location is brilliant - near to the train station and killarney town centre . The staff were very friendly . The hotel lobby is beautiful 2 things that stood out - it was so warm in the hotel hallways as we were coming and going and you would be forever waiting for an elevator |

I just think that it is so central, there is no need for a taxi which is great and hasslefree. Eventhough it is very central you will not have a distrubed sleep. The rooms are fabulous. I had to park my car in the car park at the rear of the hotel and was a bit uncomfortable with this but it was probable my own fault as I didnt arrive over til late. The hotel could do with a few more car space but that would definately not stop me from staying there again. |
