The hotel design was stunning, location excellent and the staff extremely helpful adn friendly. I would recommend to people looking for a relaxing Irish hotel, great spa and close to the lovely countryside in Kerry/Killarney No fridge in room |

Helpful & friendly staff. Breakfast was great & evening dinner was a lovely dining experience. Relaxing & comfortable. Right beside the nighlife and yet the hotel was nice and peaceful. Great location. |

I liked everything, and the staff very helpful, pleasant and courteous Did not like being woken up and kept awake by the loud people talking and shouting outside in the street during the early hours of the morning, until about 4.00am on the two weekend nights when I stayed at the hotel, even though the windows in my room were shut. |

Smart clean well presented.Good evening entertaiment in the bar /lounge. Very overpriced both for the room and spa treatments. Computer and internet facilites in reception badly located - no privacy. Also poor computer security - I could read files, emails etc of those who had previously been on the machines. |

i loved the spa and the gym and swimming facilities !!! we enjoyed ourselves very much and ended up stayin an extra night in your hotel :) my only complaint was that when i booked online it offered me a smoking room and unfortunately we could not smoke in te hotel room !!! |

The hotel was fabulous, staff were vey friendly. The food was lovely and our rooms were very comfortable. Ours treatments in the spa were great. I couldn't recommend the hotel more |

this is a very nice hotel, located in the heart of killarney,just a short walk from all the top pubs and restaurants, and yet very quiet when you want to get a nights sleep, yes, on our first morning we had to Que for breakfast, a bit disappointing for such a lovely hotel, but other than that no complaints, |

the leisure center was lovely, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and dinner in the restaurant was fantastic the breakfast was not good at all. we ordered it to our room which cost 20 euro extra and it was literally thrown onto the plate, the eggs were hard and oily, the tomato burnt, it really was not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. the room also was fairly basic if not a little bit dated. |

The heating system in the room - it was too noisy - also the room smelt of cigarettes. The drinking glasses had finger marks on them. |

Large breakfast room with a large selection of nice food.The room was quite spacious and well finished.beds were nice and the aircon was good.sauna, steam room, jakuzi, pool and gym were all quite nice and clean. pool is small enough.it gets awkward if more than 3/4 people want to swin the length of the pool, other than that- i cant complain. Will return again. |
