The heating system in the room - it was too noisy - also the room smelt of cigarettes. The drinking glasses had finger marks on them. |

Large breakfast room with a large selection of nice food.The room was quite spacious and well finished.beds were nice and the aircon was good.sauna, steam room, jakuzi, pool and gym were all quite nice and clean. pool is small enough.it gets awkward if more than 3/4 people want to swin the length of the pool, other than that- i cant complain. Will return again. |

The room was lovely and facilities excellent. We had a meal in the restaurant (Mentions?) and the waiter attempted to take my partners plate on three separate occasions when he was not finished which we found quite irritating and intimidating |

I stayed only one night so I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the spa, etc. One of the front desk staff was quite helpful but the other was rather disdainful. The rooms are somewhat outdated and for the money, I would have thought that the rooms would have been updated. |
