Staff extremely helpful (even when we rolled up at 2.30am after a concert!), hotel very clean and contempory. Great location. Our first room was next to the air conditioning unit and I was bitten. But once they moved us to a different room all o.k and as it seems to be a tour hotel was full of Americans. |

Great location in the middle of Killarney. Comfortable rooms- very modern lobby somewhat off-putting, didn't match the exterior or the desings of the rest of the environment. |

the frendly staff, the comfort of the rooms and how central it was to everything in killarney town. I was dissapointed that the room I booked was not available upon arirval and I had to change rooms the next day which was inconvenient for me. |

We arrived at 9am (thanks Ryanair) and they let us into the room at 10am instead of 3pm which was great. The room was had Tea and coffee, tv, iron, etc.The bathroom was fab with a Jucizzi bath. They looked after out luguage after we checked out until we departed Killarney. Bar downstairs had live Irish music every night. Didn't venture into the night club! The double bed was two single beds pushed together |

i loved the leisure centre. The hotel was very close to everthing. I liked the fact the music stopped early in the bar. We had booked a smoking room and did not get it the first night which i understand but the room we got room 212 was very bad i could hardly get into the toliet the ensuite was so badly designed. |

Staff were very friendly & efficient , lovely dinning area , although we only had breakfast there , food was excellent with good selection. Our room was quite spacious & clean. The hotel is fairly central with good access to shops, bars, restaurants.Lots of great bars with live Irish music. Just a short drive away from the many kerry attractions Our room was on first floor just above the reception,no view & alot of noise from nightclub below, bass was resonating in our room until 2-3am. Also on Saturday night there was an argument/fight from people coming out of the neighbouring clubs. Parking slightly inconvenient ( pay & display infront of hotel) €1 per hour from 8.30-18.30 mon to sat |

Handy to the town centre, at a reasonable price. Lovely swimming pool. Very noisy at night, from people in the street. Have to get up early to feed the parking meter. Left my camera on the bed, when the hotel was phoned no one could find it. Sent an e-mail no responce as yet. |
