comfy beds my only complaint was about bookings.com i booked the day before but the hotel had no idea of my booking which is pretty poor considering booking.com is an internet based business and represents its elf as a one stop booking shop |

Good value for money. We were given room 103 on the ground floor initially. Although it looked clean, the toilet had a strong odour of urine so we asked if we could have another room. Reception were obliging and gave us room 227 which was on the first floor. The toilet here also had a smell of urine, although not as strong as room 103. This is not a very pleasant experience for guests. Perhaps it could be remedied by reviewing the cleaning service to each room. Also a drain inspection may be beneficial as there may be a more serious problem with wastewater drainage. I hope these comments can be put to positive use. |

The staff were extremely pleasant. The bed an bedlinen were clean and fresh. I enjoyed my breakfast. I went for an evening meal and found only the Bar open. I found the Bar very tatty and inappropriate for my eveing meal. I found the furniture in the Bedroom very tatty and worn, in need of an upgrade or refurbishing. |

Staff are really nice and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and fine and queit at night time.Superior room was very comfortable and warm and the seperate shower cubicle in the bathroom was a lovely treat and powerful. One slight fault was we asked for two steaks very well done but when they came out they were both still pink in the middle. Was just not cooked to the way requested |

Though largish and inpersonal, the hotel was quite clean and the rooms were of decent quality. The pub downstairs also served decent food. We don't usually eat at hotel restaurants as i've found the quality to be lacking at many, but we didn't feel up to a night out, and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a bit farther from the city centre than we expected. Yes it's walking distance, but not close enough to be practical to pop back to your room during the day. Since parking in Killarney can be an issue, this is important. Also, the wifi did not work really well in the rooms on the 3rd floor, but it was perfectly fine in the lobby where there are comforatble chairs. |

Location was very good. Staff on reception very helpful. Would have prefered waitress service for breakfast. Staff seemed to be too busy clearing tables from coach party. Felt a bit left on your own to sort out breakfast. |

the breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and very polite .rooms were spotless . would have liked the residence bar to be open a bit later and bar man to be a little bit more pleasant .can understand there are people staying over bar and the noise might disturb them but when your having fun and a sing song you dont be worring about others .a group of ladies after seen cliff richard wanted to sing all night or try to anyway. |
