McGillicuddy's at the Killarney Court Hotel won the Dining Pub Guide's Dining Pub of the Year Award 2006. McGillicuddy's pub, with its nostalgic old world charm, has a wonderful atmosphere where you can enjoy a creamy pint, or just watch the world go by. McGuillicuddy's also prides itself with an extensive carvery offering you a wide variety of delicious home made dishes, serving daily from 12:00. McGillicuddy's also has an extensive bar food menu, which is available until 21:00 daily.

Lunch is served from 12:00 until 15:00.
Dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:00.
Muckross House (8 km) - Built in 1843, the rooms portray the lifestyles of the gentry and the working conditions of the servants. Skilled craft workers use traditional methods to produce high quality items of weaving and pottery. The gardens are famed for their beauty.
Torc Waterfall (8 km) - Dramatic falls that originate from the top of Torc Mountain from the Owengarriff River. At the base of the Lower Falls, you'll find a dramatic stairway to the Upper Falls, which will present you with excellent views of the area.
Crag Cave (24 km) - A unique attraction, Crag Cave is formed of limestone. It is a colourful wonderland of stalagmites and stalactites. Discovered in 1983 and thought to be over one million years old, this natural attraction has dramatic sound and lighting effects.

The room was lovely and very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very cosy and had a real holiday feel. The pub food was not the best. |

The room was very good & staff very pleasant :-). When we arrived for breakfast in the morning - to be asked what we'd like to have in the fry/grill would have been nice. I had to return part of mine as I didn't eat all the things on the plate!!! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. |

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Killarney Court Hotel. We were delighted with our room. The room was an excellent size and we loved it's fantastic features including the huge bed, flat screen T.v and underfloor heating in the bathroom. We would return in a heart beat! |

The room which was fantastic the bed fantastic, the breakfast absolutely fantastic, the staff in breakfast room fantastic. The staff in bar could be more friendlier, altho that could be just down to there manner in general. the noise of other guest at nite time when were tryin to sleep. plus i think the hotel on the inside and all the rooms needs a paint, it looks grubby with marks from wear and tare, and the reception should be imacualate at all times. I mentioned the cleaniness of the room this was perfect but again refer to the walls they need painting they have too many marks from ware and tare on them. |

The hotel location was just perfect right near the city centre. The staff were nice. The room was beautiful, nice decor,comfy rooms I just loved everything about the hotel from the breakfast to the rooms just lovely. As it was my boyfriends birthday the hotel just made it, the rooms were so comfortable and clean. Would reccommed this hotel to people |

The food in the bar wasn't very pleasant and was just plonked on the plates. The room service in the morning was delayed, but they compensated us for this. The website said the hotel is 'a few minutes walk to the town', it's actually a good 15 minute walk to the town and it's not a walk you want to have to do in the rain! |

comfy beds my only complaint was about bookings.com i booked the day before but the hotel had no idea of my booking which is pretty poor considering booking.com is an internet based business and represents its elf as a one stop booking shop |
