The buffet breakfast offers a great selection. Continuosly topped up with freshly cooked food. The hotel was very quiet at night considering it is by a main road. The location is perfect, only a short stroll into the town. Perfect location for horse-riding, it's just up the road. The breakfast time should be extended to 12pm as the hotel bar serves breakfast until then..... |

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the bar could have been better, and while i was staying there, there was a few young people staying at the same time and where noisy, and we did experience something being thrown at our door in the middle of the night. |

The area and Killarney town. The Hotel is in a good location just minutes walk from the town. At the time of my stay the weather was cold and the heating only came on for approx a hour in the morning and then at 6pm for several hours. I complained several times but the staff stated that they could do nothing about it. I bet if the heating was not on in the area where they worked they would have!!!! |

Rooms were very comfortable and staff were very pleasant. I felt on the cold wintery evening when we arrived there was no fire lighting in the bar which made it cold looking also we has a disabled bathroom with No bath just a shower and when you had a shower the whole bathroom floor was drowned wet. |

Hotel staff were very courteous and the room was comfortable. Food in the bar was very good. No heat in room. Went back to the hotel at 5pm on Saturday to find the window left open by the cleaner and heat was off. Enquired at reception to be told that it generally came on at 6pm. It came on for a while and then went off again after about an hour and the room was absolutely freezing. It came back on again after a while. Its November - heating is an absolute must" |
