Location in Killarney is perfect if you are staying within the town itself but youre still only 10 or 15 minutes from lakes & countryside .

The Nightporter John was a great crack (pity he's a Corkman) very friendly staff, hotel in the centre of town & the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in !!!

The staff are fantastic, all of them. Really friendly. Hotel is very quiet, but still suitable for families, we travelled with 2 teenage boys, and they really enjoyed themselves too.

Very good location right in the centre of Killarney. The room was nice and had a great flat screen tv. Really nice bar staff and the room was spotless. The bed was big and comfortable. We were in room 309 which was on the third floor located beside the laundry room and when the machines were working the room literately started to shake which was annoying but this was only at 6.30pm and again around 11am so it's not the most terrible thing. I informed a member of staff on check out who was very nice and said she would look into the matter.

Genuinely warm and friendly staff. Convenient central location. Comfortable and well appointed room and bathroom. Quiet. 2 very minor points. (a) no guest parking. (b) plasticised mattress protector - made for a somewhat sweaty sleep.

We were very pleased with the room and found it very comfortable and spacious. Have stayed several times before and look forward to our next visit. Very pleasant staff, very welcoming and warm reception area. Only downside was the morning cooing from the pigeons at 7am!! we informed reception and I am sure this has been remedied by now.

Front desk staff is nice and good parking. Great location. They have issues with their hot water. My daughter's room had no hot water at the sink. Our room a shower with barely any water flow (hot or cold) but the tub had plenty of water. Hotel is a bit dingy - breakfast ok, but not great, needs reburbishing. I'd say this was a 2.5 star hotel.

From checking in to checking out, the staff at this hotel could not do enough for us. From walking to the carpark to collect our bags, directing us to the local dentist (small emergency) to booking dinner for us in a rival restaurant, the whole experience was excellent. We had a huge room and large double bed and while the floorboards creaked a bit, we couldn't fault anything.
