The facilities available for children The play rooms tend to be colder than the rest of the hotel for some reason. |

we booked a family room but on arrival noted that for our needs it was too small so we upgraded to a 2bed apt for an extra 50euro for 2nights,well worth the money, beautiful spacious&spotless apartment block was a little bit too far from main building but as we only booked on arrival that couldnt be helped |

The hotel is very child friendly. There were lots of activities to keep the children occupied. The bar food was lovely and there is a nice atmosphere. We stayed in the suite. The pull out bed was broken at one end and very uncomfortable. There was only one blanket on the bed and no spare blankets in the room so by morning it was freezing. |

The lobby appealed to me with the fire lighting. It was a lovely comfortable hotel. I thought the room was cold at first, but later it heated up. |

on booking in the receptionist gave me the key and i proceeded to the room i was staying in on the 4th floor...i have to say it was like a maze trying to find the lobby lift and floor i was staying on which is quite a distance from the reception area....only to find that when i got there...neither of the two keys that the receptionist had given me would work so i had to go back again..very annoyin |
