Breakfast isn't a good idea in this place..it'll ruin your mood, haha!eggs boiled in microwave...
The breakfast was delicious and complete, the bedroom was absolutely comfortable ! I recommend Killfountain Farm :)
This place is a couple of km out of Dingle, so quiet and easy to get to with a car. The B&B has several rooms in a separate building. The rooms are comfortable with good showers and bed . The hosts were very friendly and helpful and served a great breakfast. We would have liked to have more than one night to experience the farm atmosphere and surrounds.
Nothing. Would have been hard without a car.
Breakfast was good and large. Excellent homemade bread.
We booked a room with a private bath only to arrive and find out that the bathroom was separate from the room and we had to go into a public hall in order to use the toilet. No towels were provided and the owner seemed annoyed when we asked for some. The doors were very loud to open and unlock and this was disruptive in the middle of the night.
I liked the "real" feel, decent people w nice dogs
there were a few flies.. its a farm
location and price,
Dirty, small hard bed, kettle had built up grim
it is very near to the city center of Dingle. Very quiet. The owner very kind. we didn't have breakfast so i can't say anything about it.
Even if the room and the bathroom were very clean i think they should change the moquettes..
very helpful staff
if you are traveling on foot - it will be a little walk from city.
owners are very nice and helpful. liked the huge home-made breakfast, coffee and tea facilities in my room, liked so much the surroundings, location is peaceful and quiet, offering nice walks along the river
suitable for those who come by car because the structure is a 15 minutes walk from pubs and restaurants
The room was great, it was ideal for a family, it was set up with 3 beds and there was still plenty of space for a travel cot. The room was ensuite and had a fridge, kettle and TV. The owner was very welcoming. Breakfast was awesome, and the Lady that served us went out of her way to accomodate my fussy kids. (Thanks). It is located just outside of town, which is ideal for a bit of peace and quiet, but the town is only minutes away.
Moire was welcoming. Easy access to Dingle - wonderful place w/ great restaurants
Very over priced w/ breakfast in this remote location not included. Our room overlooking the driveway and facing west was hot and stuffy and noisy. Open windows invited all the farm flies.
Nice dairy farm on premises .... friendly people
peace, quiet and proximity to dingle.
Pretty much everything. Hardly a hello when we landed. V hard bed with v old bed linen, almost shocking how noisy it was from early morning - simply no regard to myself and my daughter. All in a bitter experience, €60 each for one night with no breakfast in a v moderate house, cold staff etc. Taxi rides into town then an extra €16.. Genuine summary.
Close to Dingle town, friendly pups on property, quiet
never saw/spoke with the staff, really small shower, not enough tea in our 4 person room for all 4 people, since we weren't paying extra for breakfast we were rather ignored.
I've been here in August one night with my boyfriend and we had a good experience. The owners are very nice and helpful and the place is very closed to Dingle Town which is very nice, all the peninsula deserve to have been visited! We recommend you to stay at the Killfountain Farm, the room was small but had everything we need, it was not en-suite but our bathroom was just next door, big and clean.
Very clean, and modern room with a lot of space. Coffee-making facilities. Great sleep.
Wifi didn't work in our room but worked elsewhere.
friendly and helpful host, quiet location and just 3min to "city" by car.
clean, but not perfectly (spiderwebs) - but it`s a farm, so it´s not a big deal.
Nice quiet location on a working farm (dairy) lovely family, working dog/plus lovable mutt.grandkids are so savvy about the farm their a credit .
The only thing i did'nt like is the working dog was shut away for the night but he whining for ages to be let out.
The farm was a short drive to Dingle so it was easy to get into town to enjoy the sites but it would have been a long long walk. The room was simple but nice as was the food.
Room was quite small for three people.
Best beds we had our entire stay in Ireland, loved the farm, everything was spotless!
Charming atmosphere on a working farm. Their "Irish breakfast" was a feast. It was quite clean, and the hosts took excellent care of us. I loved the sounds of cows in the morning and joyful voices of children playing in the evening.
I had no complaints at all.
The price is very good. For a night or two its fine.
- In the morning, about 20 mins before check out, he knocked out door 'its time to leave', not welcoming. -Tiny Bathroom - To far to go out in Dinlge.
Very easy going farm with excellent food. We did not want to stay in the town itself and the farm is located in a quiet area.
The room was comfortable and spacious. The fresh eggs in the morning from the farm were delicious.
The B & B's location is outside of Dingle town, not within convenient walking distance, but then it is a working farm! The B & B was somewhat difficult to find in the evening after driving much of the day. This was one time when we wished we had GPS.
