Proximity to fishing and music

Right on Main St in Doolin. Close to great pubs. Liz the owner was friendly and accomadating. We wanted to stayan extra day, she was full but she called other B&Bs close by and found us aplace to stay. Breakfast was delicious!

Great B & B. Delightfull family operated....Very friendly. Great modern-clean room accommodations. Breakfast was delicious... Centrally located to restaurants and Cliffs of Mohr. Would go back when ever in the area!

Ruth, the owner, was welcoming and provided a wonderful Irish breakfast for us. The common areas were nicely decorated and furnished.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable. A bit of updating would make it even more appealing.

Killilagh House was very clean and comfortable, the proprietor was extremely friendly, the location was excellent (within easy walking distance of everything in Doolin), breakfast was delicious and the price was good. Highly recommended in every respect.

We thought the owners were very friendly and helpful. We arrived by bus and did not have transportation, so they drove us to the Doolin Caves. They were very helpful and knowledgable about all the things to do in the local area. Breakfast was excellent! In the evening we visited the pub across the street for a traditional music session. This was our main reason for visiting Doolin and it did not disappoint. As walkers, it was grand to be able to just cross the road to our accommodations. The beds were comfortable the linen smelled fresh and wonderful. It was quiet and peaceful and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was also served until 10:00 which was great for us as most places only serve till 9:00 on weekdays. Traveling with a 19 year old, early mornings can be a challenge. We would definitely recommend Killilagh House to others and would book again if we are ever lucky enough to return.

If you don't have a car, it is a long walk to the pier to take the Cliffs of Moher boat tour or the ferry to the Aran islands. We didn't mind, but we are used to walking. It took about an hour. The walk back from the tour of the Doolin Caves took about 45 minutes. It was a beautiful walk with great views which we very much enjoyed,

Friendly, helpful, including giving lift to pier for boat trip. Massive breakfast with lovely brown soda bread and homemade marmalade. Fantastic pub with great food and love music down the road. Bus stop 20 yards up road.

The host family was quit hispitable. Took good care of use for the two nights we spent there. We'd visit there again.

Limited wifi and inconsistent wifi login Info. Not much of a gripe really.

Great location, a few steps away from the pubs. Great breakfest, lovely hosts.

There is no such a thing

Our hosts were most kind. Available to ask questions. Recommended good places for dinner. They had excellent breakfasts. My kids loved their french toast and smoked salmon. They even stored our luggage when we booked overnighter on the nearby Aran islands. Quiet evenings. Doolin has great pub music. Their local musicians are better than the Riverdance/Flatley type music. I would recommend to anyone traveling Ireland to stay a few nights in Doolin.
