it was great and even though there was a wedding on both nights it was not noisey it was difficult / impossilbe to adjust the heat,,,,,,,that needs fixing to be more energy efficent |

Bar & food service excellent; apart from comment below everything was fine Staff sould be aware of effect of 'loud' wedding guest activity 02.00 -04.30 after disco ended on other residents and take steps to ask for restraint. |

everyone was very helpful and made you feel at home,and a good location for the UCH could have done a with a larger selection on the bar menu for our taste other than that very good |

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and the hotel was homely and very accommodating for both adults and children. Very enjoyable stay. The carpet in my room was grubby and shower door not long enough - the floor got soaked. However, very insignificant inconvenience. |

One small problem we had was solved immediately by an extremely nice member of staff The first room allocated had an unpleasant drain odour - however we had no difficulty in changing the room. |

There was a lot of noise from other guests until about 4am smoking outside in the car park. you need a specific smoking area that does not intrude on other guests |
