A comfortable hotel very near the university which suited my needs. Room was smaller than last time although more expensive, also shower was not attached properly. Also room smelled of smoke. |

Reception & Dining Room staff were very helpfull. Were able to handle a large volume of people with very little effort Bed was a little small. Bar staff were very slow & disorganised. The Hotel was busy ( Elton John Concert nearby ) but no excuse for exceptionally slow service in bar. Staff in other departments could cope well with the volume of clients. |

It was very convenient for the pool at UL, the room was comfortable and had a nice double and single bed. Also there was plenty of tables for breakfast the following morning. |

The room was large, very clean and all on the ground level. Not enough sugar and milk supplies for two people. A few biscuits would be welcomed in the room. |

Friendly helpful reception staff Breakfast let it down somewhat, although we arrived at breakfast at 9 on a Sunday morning, the breakfast tasted as though it had been lying around for some time! |

i found it very convient for my purpose also good space in the rooms and a nice friendly bar and resturaunt staff and also liked the free drink promotion for residents ,nice touch. no i dont think so |

The friendliness of the staff particularly the lady who looks after breakfasts - all very responsive to the needs of the guests. I use the hotel as I travel a lot on business and often arrive exhausted. The May complimentary drink for residents was a particularly nice touch. |

Location suited my needs. Special reduced price good (best on offer of the hotels I looked at). Breakfast good and good value. Double bed in room damaged. Shower not working properly. Internet link in room too slow to be of any real use. |

Price, internet access, lady who worked at the front desk was extremely helpful, more TV channels and movies than most places, very comfortable bed. Restaurant - service was not good, food was mediocre. |

from arrival, reception staff were very helpful and sunny. like so many hotels, there is no residents lounge for a quiet drink. we had to put up with some drunk and boisterous "locals" |

The staff were warm and friendly. Helped with simple requests quickly and efficiently. One of our rooms did not have a thermostat on it for control and we had to swap with our older travellers who did manage (and an open window). |
