gentleman at front desk parked car (free parking), helped bring in our bags and offered us hot scones on arrival, room / breakfast was lovely. we will stay here again.

Atmosphere Size of rooms Friendly staff Great breakfast
First day no hot shower. Leakage in the ceiling Could be maintained better
Old Victorian style house with original features, the room was small but extremely luxurious & comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, table service & a great selection, from smoked salmon & scrambled eggs to full irish fry. Location is a 5 min walk from St Stephens Green & car parking is secure & free.
The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We were allowed to leave our car in the car park while we went shopping after check out.
We were away for the 1st time in a long time and it was our anniversary and i booked what i thought read very well on your website but the experience was very different. when we checked in at no 70 Adelaide Road we were then taken out the front door and down the street 2 doors to 68 Adelaide Rd which was an old run down house. the bedroom was very disappointing. very small. tiles in the bathroom broken, handle for flushing toilet broken. very old fashioned and not kept well. it was not cheap and way over priced. will not be staying again.
Location, room size, staff.
Breakfast a little cool.
Friendly and helpful staffs Good breakfast Good location
Shower did not work and room was a bit cold during the day.it was warm enough during the night.no lift so if you are travelling with young child, probably it is not really a good idea.
- wonderful and valuable breakfast - a cute dining room with a great fireplace - the most of Dublin attractions were reachable by foot - staff absolutely warm and kind
- wifi connection not covering sufficiently all rooms
Very nice staff Shawn was extremely helpful and the breakfast server was very nice also. Breakfast was delicious
By no means a budget accomodation but it's okay to splurge once in a while - especially if you get your money's worth. Great location in a quiet residential part of Dublin, yet very close to the city centre (Grafton Street is in max. 10 minutes' walk). The building itself is fabulous - both inside and outside. There is no lift but the staff member helped me with the suitcase when I checked in. I booked a single economy room but was upgraded to a room with a double king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The room was wonderful; the bed - huge and comfy, with soft pillows and a fluffy blanket; the shower - modern and clean. Besides, they have divine breakfast: you even get a menu (starters and a main breakfast dish) to choose from! Definitely recommended.
A delicious breakfast
Probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, but had a comfortable bed so perhaps all the necessary
Pretty good position hotel, staff was very friendly, very nice building and room too, bed was amazing;) Also breakfast was very good. Really liked it
Just wifi was not great, occasionally disappearing signal
Location, quietness.easy walk into the city centre.
What a classy little hidden gem.Perfect location and perfect staff.
close proximity to the city. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
The toilet was down stairs away from my room. In general the room was a bit worn...
Great value for the price. My mum and myself reserved a double room and we were moved to our own apartment at no extra cost which was fantastic. Lovely people working there and a delicious breakfast served in the morning. I'll definitely be going back next time I need to stay in Dublin as the location is perfect and the rooms were lovely and clean
Apartment could do with a bit of renovations - fresh paint etc but easily overlooked as it was so comfy and I had such a lovely experience
staff parked my car for me when I arrived
When I asked for my car in the morning it had already been moved to just outside the hotel, which was fantastic, however it was unlocked at the side of the road.
Great location. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Sean booked us a table at a nearby restaurant which was so helpful. Breakfast delicious. Also lovely walk from Grafton street to guest house. Highly recommend
The premises needs a revamp, v old, pillows on bed very poor
The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was really tasty with a varied selection.
The double bed was made up of two mattresses which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep in as it dipped in the middle.
Location was excellent. Breakfast, it even had a menu! Friendliness of the staff. Free parking, they even went the extra mile when fully booked.
Room location. We came in late and I think we got the last spare room. It was in the basement next to the noisy kitchen.
The service is adequate
The paper thin walls did not make for a good night sleep unfortunately
welcome , cleanliness , ambiance
pillows , breakfast (poached eggs were hard !) Staff member unhelpful with my luggage when leaving to retrieve my car.
