The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was good for Dublin. The hotel is quiet at night and convenient to the national gallery and the national museum. As well, many buses and the tram (luas) are within walking distance. It is two blocks from St Stephen's square. The breakfasts are large and tasty.

Be aware that you may have to climb three flights of stairs to get to your room. If you have a disability, you should warm them in advance so that you only have one flight of stairs to climb. I do not know if they have queen size beds, so if you are two persons, ask to be sure, as they may be only double-size. For those who like a lot of space in your bedroom, be aware that the rooms can be small.

This b & b was basic. We only needed a place to stay for one nite after our flight into Dublin. Near St. Stephen Greens Park so I thought would be easy to find. Not. We finally had to hire taxi and follow him there in our rental car. It's on a small street tucked away and with all the one way's, etc., very difficult to find. A ten minute walk to nearest resturants. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Steep stairs to rooms and the place seemed cluttered to us and not super clean.

Really enjoyed the friendly staff and wonderful breakfasts.

the warm welcome, the coffee on arrival. Excellent choice for breakfast and they facillited my early breakfast. They kept my car while i attended a family member in the eye and ear hospital. .

only two minor things. The waste basket was not emptied after the last guest. The nozzle on the hair dryer wasn't the correct one.

Small room up 4 flights of stairs ,very tiring . 12 inch TV set had seen much better days ,and no remote control either. As a guest house there is no evening meal available ,and very little nearby in walking distance except a kebab shop ,so although booked in for 2 nights only stayed the one night .Quite disappointed to be honest .Breakfast was adequate though on the plus side and staff nice enough .

Good location, great value for the money, helpful staff, fast wi-fi, fantastic breakfast, nice fireplace, not far from the city centre/RDS Arena/Aviva Stadium

No elevator, small tv, the floor was always wet somewhy

The hotel was ideally located for my business appointments. The staff was very friendly, helpful and service-oriented. The breakfast set up and variety offered was great.

Despite mild weather, the (top floor) room did feel a bit cold late in the evening, but nothing that a couple of blankets cannot fix. The carpet did not look exactly fresh, neither did some of the furniture, but cleanliness was overall satisfactory. The biggest problem was that the shower in my room had an instant water heater that was louder than an industrial blender. To avoid embarassment early in the morning the options were to either not take a shower, keep it extremely short or the water pressure extremely low (meaning you also get cold water).

Excellent location - only a 10 min stroll away from city centre. Very friendly with an excellent breakfast! Rooms are smallish but comfortable and clean.
