The location for the National Concert Hall was super. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were lacking in modern facilities. We had an electric heater and a draught from the velux window in room 11. My brother had no ensuite toilet in room 17. He also had a small double bed. |

The breakfast and the friendly staff makes it a great stay. If you know Dublin and know where you should go out at night, then you also know that the location is great. The hotel is close to Camden Street where you will find great pubs. And its also a nice walk along Georges Street, down towards city centre. Small things in the room were broken (light balb not replaced, soapcontainer broken). But like I said, its just tiny things. |

The staff was extraordinary. The facilities do not match the excellence of the staff. The facilities are subpar and past their prime. This hotel is not a good value. |

Friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to assist; great breakfast choices and delivery Room looked a bit tired with poor electric sockets / joints and wiring hanging dangerously around; it fels clean though but needed a lick of paint. |

Welcome tea and cookies at the end of the day, good Irish breakfast We were sent to a house down the street, we couldn't stay in the main house. We found dirty towels and empty shampoo envelopes from previous guests in our tiny bathroom. Curtain falling down from the rod, didn't cover the entire window, lots of light coming in the room in the morning, no privacy at night. Smelly room. Furniture in public areas were worn. |

I loved the staff. Cormack was absolutely delightful and wonderful. Galina, too.We accidently left our camera's electrical cord there. The next day we phoned and they were sent to us immediately. |

The receptionist and staff were very happy and the rooms were clean and welcoming. Although maybe not the fastest breakfast, the food was good and the variety on offer made a 3 day stay very nice! |

The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant making it a very enjoyable experience- they really took pleasure in looking after us and made us feel most welcome. No bar. |

The hotel staff was so warm and gracious. You would feel like you were visiting friends. The breakfast was great and the location was good. I would definitely stay there again or recommend it to someone else. |

The hotel was in a good location close to the city centre, but nice and quiet. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely, although i'd rather they served it later or extended their breakfast hours because i don't like getting up early in the morning when i'm on holiday! The shower was cold one morning. |

It was a great place for us to stay. It was cold and rainy when we came in and the first thing that was offered was a cup of tea and to sit by the fireplace. We knew we were at the right place. The staff was wonderful on many occasions. We were confused a little about how to reach you. This definitely was our problem because the first time we went out after and got our bearings we were o.k. |
