The staff il very kind and helpfull. The hotel location is ideal for visiting the city: near the more important monuments and cultural sites, and near to Temple Bar (but far enough to avoid the typical noises of this quarter). Breakfast is wonderful: typical Irish, aboundant and of good quality. |

The location of the hotel is very favourable as is the 24hr check in. The breakfast was better than we expected it to be, but it is in a busy cafe joined to the hotel, accessed via the street. The day staff were very friendly and helpful in the hotel and cafe. If you are looking for a cheap group or family booking the hotel does provide basic kitchen facilities but no instruments such as pans, plates and so on. I don't suggest taking kids there though. We were also able to leave our luggage there after we checked out for collection later in the day. This hotel's only selling point is it's location in my opinion. Although the man at the night desk was not rude, he was not very helpful and barely glanced away from his online chat when we were at the desk. The internal setup is very odd, narrow stairways and automated lights that take an age to respond. The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite booking a non smoking room. The room is very tired, not well maintained in the slightest and the standard of cleanliness was low. There were no towels bigger than hand towels. we booked a double but got a double and single bed in the room. the double was broken, dipped badly in the middle and part of the foot board was missing. We had to ask about breakfast as we weren't given any information about it and it was quite confusing. The TV service is poor. |

This is a basic enough bed and breakfast. It is ideal for a shopping trip or something similar but do not expect luxury. Breakfast (very good) is served until 12.30pm in their restauraunt next door which may suit people who like an extra hour in bed. Friendley staff both in B&B and restaurant. As allready mentioned it is basic but adaquate. Stairs could be a bit of an inconveniance for some. |

The appartment was comfortable and roomy. It was priced similarly to any other hotel with breakfast, but we had the extra space to accomodate a family of four |

Our accommodation ended up being an apartment rather than a hotel room which I thought we were getting. It was great. It was 2 bedroom with a kitchen and washing facilites. We were in busy Parnell street but the apartment was located at the back of the building so it was very quiet and even had a garden outlook. |

Helpful and friendly staff. Good deal on parking. Of the 5 breakfasts we ate in Ireland on this trip, the Kingfishers was the best (in my opinion). Excellent location and even though our room faced the street it was not unduly noisy on a Sunday night. |

The breakfast was served til 12:30 and was filling, often didn't eat til early evening! Room was pleasant and bathroom had a great shower. Could not hear anything from other rooms at all. The hotel was not cheap due to the euro/pound rate but had this been at the usual rate it would have been an absolute bargain. |

Very central for the city centre - 5 mins walk from the main square. Lots of holes in the walls from repairs, had to switch immersion heater on for hot water 5 mins before shower, very noisy at night, breakfast on first morning was not great (cold fried egg, stale hash brown). |
