Location was a bit mixed, it is on the cusp of a not-so-great neighborhood. Lots of stairs

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Easy access to city transportation & within walking distance of most of the sites in Dublin. I liked that they had a staff member at front desk 24/7.

Restaurant was very good Central location

Front bedrooms were noisy No lift WiFi didn't work on 3rd floor

The room was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. The location was fairly close to the Temple Bar area.

The WiFi didn't work at any point during our stay. We called the front desk multiple times to have the router restarted and the problem was never fixed. After approaching reception the next morning to report the problem, we were told it didn't change anything - WiFi is complementary and it wasn't their fault that it didn't work. We asked to speak to a manager, who told us "too bad". The room was very warm and only 1 of our 4 windows opened. The "included breakfast" is at the restaurant next door and only includes 8.5 Euro per person, so I had to pay extra in order to get juice with my food. Another downside is that you must hand in your keys every time you leave the hotel and must be accompanied to the car park, which is under the building. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget or looking for guaranteed internet access.

Very good location. Absolutly fabulous breakfast (you can make your choice from the menu). Next day I had early departure so I god breakfast bag ... with smoked salmon (I just mentioned I would like this at the reception day before).

Had two great night in this hotel and also 2 lovely meals in there restaurant. Thanks for taking care of us.

Hotel was fine but think nearly 100 euros/night is quite expensive for a hotel of this type

Excellent city centre location. Excellent WiFi - In my bedroom. Spotlessly clean. Friendly helpful staff. The best bit had to be the breakfast - Freshly cooked to order and not lying in a bain-marie for hours like most hotels.

Location was ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Premises were attractive, clean and stylish. Excellent value for money. Were made to feel most welcome.

Towels were a little bit small.

The hotel was easy to find in a good location. The beds were really comfy and the bed and breakfast option includes all day breakfast which is great. The food was really good.

The windows are not double glazed it was so noisy from traffic and people outside we got woken up practically every half an hour throughout the whole night. Dont stay here if you want to sleep and gets lots of rest.

The room was immaculate and quite roomy. The restaurant provided an excellent option for dinner as well as providing an unbeatable breakfast. Staff went above and beyond in several ways.

It was very close to the main attractions, just a short walk to O'Connell Street. About 5/7 minute taxi ride from the bus station. Very modern decor and very clean. Sufficient breakfast - kept us going all day!

My family, husband and myself arrived early on Saturday morning for a weekend break. From the time of our arrival, the saff were pleasant, courteous and helpful and made us all feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is ideal for a short break as it is a central position and access to public transport is excellent.

We only stayed for one night and none of my party have anything detrimental to say about our weekend.
