The location was superb. The restaurant next door was excellent and the staff at both locations were professional, really helpful and friendly. Beds & linen were very comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms and the hairdryer was one of the best I've used in hotels. Bath towels could have been a bit larger and a bath mat for the bathroom floor should be provided.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our apartment. We stayed for 3 days. It had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. The staff was wonderful also. Especially Matthew who went out of his way to accomodate us. We had a little bit of a problem with the hot water. (Evidently it was on a programed system so as to be more efficient) but something went wrong and they were up there at midnight trying to fix it so we could get hot water for showers. Eventually everything was resolved. And our first meal in the kingfisher resturant was also very good. Especially the smoked fish and chips! I wasn't to crazy about the hot water system that they used. Because the time or something went out we did not have hot water one night for our showers. I will say though that the staff was up till 1:00 am with us trying to get it to work. That day when we returned from our tour we had hot water and everything was fine for the remainder of our stay.

The Kingfisher Townhouse was very welcoming and friendly and excellent value for money. The complimentary full-irish breakfast in the morning in the restaurant (right next door) was fabulous and a chippy beside that was very handy. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the kitchenette facilities in the room were an added bonus. The room and ensuite were very clean and excellent tea and coffee making facilities and television. Would recommend staying here. Attempted to book again 2days following check-out for another event in the summer but it was fully booked - very popular.

Central location. Good restaurant next door. Helpful staff. Comfortable room & good breakfast. Double glazing did not keep out the noisy Dublin traffic.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location for the City Centre and travel links. The area surrounding the hotel was very noisy which is to be expected for a City Centre.

Rooms were clean and the location was perfect for shopping or sightseeing I didnt like the narrow windy stairs and there was no lift so getting bags and cases up and down was difficult also there was no hot water in the wash basin in the morning, not very nice to be washing in cold water first thing.

Couldn't fault the place now, it had everything I needed and was in a prime location for me to be near family in a nearby hospital. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great value for money. I will most certainly be staying here again, no doubt in the near future.

It was great to have a guesthouse so close to the heart of Dublin. The staff were extremely helpful when booking attractions around Dublin. Internet was also reliable. Decor is a bit old and rooms are quite small, but, we didn't go to Dublin to sit in our room!

The location and price. Room is not luxurious but ok. It was acceptable for a one night stay. The hotel is very smal, no elevator, had to climb the stairs to the third floor. Bathroom not very clean, shower without much water pressure. A bit noisy outside.
