This hotel is in a great location. 10 minute walk to temple bar. Excellent staff, great breakfast included. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, nice decoration. Nice bathroom and very good power shower. Will definitely return. Great stay!!

Service was great. Room was clean, tidy. Good location.
Great value for the price, breakfast with fish included!
Lovely staff, very clean, delivioys breakfast the next morning.
Window facing onto Parnell Street so it was a bit loud but it was fine for a heavy sleeper like me.
We loved this townhouse, it was so easy to find and close to what we needed. The breakfast was lovely and big. Also the bed was really comfortable. The staff were really knowledgable and really helpful with everything. Would stay here again.
When we went out for our evening meals we came back around ten/eleven. There was no one there to let us into the building, we were stood knocking for about 10 minutes! The only downside!
- The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. - The room was for clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. - The price of the room was unbelievable! - The breakfast was lovely.
Bed, staff, cleanliness, water pressure, BREAKFAST, grocery store near, Cash Machine, taxis near. Value for money. Good fish and chips in restaurant!
Little far out of temple, but quiet, no lift, BUT they did help with luggage, keys and locks awkward, but minimal.
Breakfast Staff Convenience
Heater didn't come on Possibly noisy
- The wonderful folks who work there - The great location - The incredible food at their restaurant AND that a voucher for a full breakfast was included in the price of the room - The wonderful folks who work there (I realize I already typed that, but really, such a nice group of people!
The beds could do with being 15cm longer
The bed was one of the most comfortable ever! Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed other meals at the Kingfisher restaurant next door. Convenient to airport transport. Lots of supermarkets nearby, also a great bookshop.
Steep stairs up to the room, but help with luggage was offered
Cleanliness, comfort, and great breakfast!
No fault of the hotel .....but the noisy street.
Cleanliness Attitude of staff Price Breakfast
Stairs but no lift this could be an issue for some people .
Nice finish of the rooms. V nice staff in restaurant & cafe. Excellent value
Although it was hard to find in peak hour traffic once we did we were very impressed. The location was great. The staff, with special mention to Anna Maria were great. Nothing was a problem for them. They had our car waiting out the front of the hotel on our departure day at 4am.
No fridge. Breakfast package for 4am departure was ready and whilst appreciated it contained a chocolate muffin, banana and bottle water. At 4am it is pretty hard even for me to face a chocolate muffin, and I do not eat banana. However the thought was there.
Nice and helpful staff, comfortable beds, good location for sightseeing.
Our window was broken, therfore it was a little bit noisy because of the traffic from Parnell Street.
location. Friendly, very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom and, in spite of city location, really quiet. Everything you could need or want.
The breakfast is in the restaurant adjoining the guesthouse and is all served to your table. I actually prefer a buffet-style breakfast but that's just me. My husband's fried brekky looked lovely and he really enjoyed it.
The hotel is very centrally located so it's easy to get to anywhere. The breakfast was great and kept us gooing all day.
Although the room was very comfortable it looked onto Parnell Street which is very busy. If you want to have your window open at night you will need to use the earplugs provided by the hotel!!
The hotel is super clean, location is amazing- at center of Dublin and breakfast was perfect. Will definately go back!!
comfortable beds...three of them in our triple unlike other places which provided one double bed and a single. nice desk staff. good breakfast. liked the location.
The owner or manager was extremely rude to a member of staff while we were checking in.
