comfortable beds...three of them in our triple unlike other places which provided one double bed and a single. nice desk staff. good breakfast. liked the location.
The owner or manager was extremely rude to a member of staff while we were checking in.
Lovely friendly and helpful staff both at the B&B and the restaurant next door where we enjoyed breakfast (which was great). Super clean housekeeping. Bed was a tad too hard for me but my partner loved it. Ear plugs provided for any outside noise but we didn't need to use them. Great location in the centre and a short walk if you use the 747 Airlink express. Would also recommend the Hop On Hop Off green bus tours and the Wild Wicklow Tour.
Staff extremely helpful breakfast next door in the restaurant was also very good .if returning to Dublin I would definitely stay here
Room was clean and comfortable The hotel was central-easy access to sites The breakfast was very tasty and overall price reasonable.
Lack of facilities in room such as hairdryer, alarm clock, mirror. Minimal tea, coffee and milk in room.
ready to made breakfast
Really easy check in Good location Excellent room Comfortable bed
Having to go next door for breakfast but breakfast was excellent
Excelent breackfast in Kingfisher restaurant Helpfull staff, spes. Anna-Maria The location for shopping Value for money
A bit noisy outside in night A bit short beds Many steps, no elevator
The staff was wonderful - very nice and helpful. The room was small but had excellent storage. I could have done without the second twin bed but it was a place to put the luggage. Good water pressure in shower. The breakfast was very good. The location was convenient - not too close to the main tourist area, a reasonable walking distance. Next to a grocery store and an ATM - fantastic!
I know this is not the fault of the hotel but you had to leave the window open or the room would be stifling and the problem with this is that we heard shouting in the middle of the night - not a lot thank goodness. A small fan to drown out noise would have been nice. The shower stall was tight and the bathroom door had to be propped open.
The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful.
The bed wasn't very comfortable
Good size room with modern bathroom. Very clean and nicely furnished. Central location. Reception staff very helpful and efficient.
Excellent value for money in a great location
Some road noise so if a good sleep required request rear room
Ana-Maria at the b&b was wonderful personable & helpful. She & Elana & Gabriala at the restaurant contributed so much to our stay in Dublin. The food was delicious as we'll!!
No coffee before 8 - don't consider the instant stuff real coffee.
The location and the breakfast...., The room was large and the bed was very comfy.
The location was perfect: walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the typical Irish breakfast in the Kingfisher restaurant next door: egg, bacon, sausages, fried potatoes, black and white pudding.
Very noisy street, but the hotel provides you with ear plugs. The bathroom/shower did not have hand shower.
ideal location for city centre shopping nightlife etc secure building with friendly staff nice clean rooms
In terms of the hotel, was clean, comfortable and just decent. Location was great and Dublin is awesome
Nothing negative at all
The staff were really helpful & friendly, the room was lovely, breakfast was generous & ungreasy (homemade soda bread to die for!) & the restaurant was great value and handy. Definitely recommend.
Helpful staff, clean comfortable room, great shower, good location.
Room door banged when other residents entered and left the building.
The girl Anne Marie on reception was so pleasant and helpful even helping to carry our bags up stairs as well as helping us with our bags to the car park also the breakfast in their restaurant was excellent
If i was nit picking with no lift installed carrying suitcases up the narrow stairway was a hindrance
Staff very helpful, parking facilities, and great breakfasts
Great location and fantastic staff. They couldn't have been more helpful
No lift, so stairs could be a problem in the three level hotel
The reception staff very nice. I remembered I booked a double bed for my friends a couple with a child but booking shows it is twin room. The staff changed it to a room with double bed and a single bed. Location is great, very convenient. Very clean. Wifi good
staff very friendly ,nothing you wanted was any bother . rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable, close to main tourists attractions, breakfast fantastic ,and food in the restaurant fab.
couldn't fault anything
Very helpful staff, comfortable room, Good restaurant next door, safe parking.
Rather steep stairs, pity there is no elevator.
