Only a 5 minute walk from Temple Bar in central Dublin, The Charles Stewart offers spacious rooms with private bathrooms with shower, free Wi-Fi, and full Irish breakfasts in a charming Georgian style...

Lovely little place with very nice staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. You can't get a much better location, we didn't have to get taxi's or anything, everything is within walking distance. Big thanks to the staff for being so kind and helpful, we will be back!
Breakfast excellent. Initial concerns re location (too far from centre) unfounded - Dublin is so compact this was fine. Everywhere worth visiting 10/20 mins walk away. Better to walk than use buses - traffic bad. Tram useful for Guinness Storehouse and Kilmainham Gaol.
Relatively limited number of eating places/bars in immediate area.
Staff were wonderful, great location.
Arrived at 9am to drop off bags and room was available !. They looked after our bags on the second day until time to leave a 6.30pm. Nice room overlooking main street and earplugs provided in case it was too noisy but not required on night we were there. Very close to main shopping area and handy for No16 service bus to and from airport. Would definitely use again and recommend
Great location, the best irish breakfast-you can order what you want from a really one of the best restaurants.
The wifi connection was bad
Everything was great.
Location, the breakfast, staff, very comfortable bed.
Lage, Charme der Unterkunft, Frühstück
comfort of bed. tv. no noise. tea&coffee facility. staff so efficient and friendly. and good value for money. we would definitely return.
the shower difficult to control. my friend who is a coeliac was disappointed at breakfast when they could not offer her either coeliac bread or wrap.
Location staff and service
The room, the bed, the hotel and the great location:-)
The noise from the road outside. The earplugs in the room were required.
EVERYTHING...I just love this place...have stayed here 6 or 7 times...it's my favourite place in the city...It's small but it has everything just right...Central...restaurant next door has the BEST & most reasonably priced food I've ever eaten & that's where you eat your included breakfast..Not much wonder it's jam packed all day every day. .. The rooms are excellent...the beds are SO comfy...everything spotlessly clean...The staff are the nicest I've ever met especially Matt & Anna Maria...They just can't do enough to make your stay as pleasant ad humanly possible. I will stay there again & again...
There is NOTHING I dislike about the Kingfisher...
I couldn't fault anything about this hotel. The girls on reception were very friendly & welcoming. The room was very clean & a good size. They even supplied ear plugs, which we didn't need. The restaurant next door was lovely & again the staff were very friendly. Lovely food, great choice for breakfast. And you also get a 10% voucher from the hotel.
Simple but fine hotel. Great breakfast
staff was really grumpy.
Stay at this hotel every time i visit dublin. Never had a problem and the restaurant is excellent for quality and value
Very nice staff comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Good location
The bathroom needs rerouting and our bedroom door rattled all the time everytime some one else in the hotel opened their door.
room was very quiet staff was very friendly breakfast was very good and a lot :-) hotel was very close to all sightseeing points - we walked to all poi's
the shower head needs to be justified - it is sprinkling outside of the shower curtain and it is a little bit moldy next to the toilet
One of the staff in the restaurant was unpleasant and rude and chatting to other staff while customers waited
The location was good for the price we paid. Only 10 minute walk to Temple Bar and less to the city centre. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was good value.
Parking was 10 euro and difficult to get to, needing staff to accompany us to let us in and out.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Best part was the breakfast in the morning. Superb. Perfect location right in the heart of dublin.
Best place to stay in dublin been there twice and would highly recommend it to anyone loved every min of our stay couldn't have been more than happy to pay money to stay there 10/10
There was nothing I didn't like
The staffs are very kind and helpful and the breakfast is amazing! Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice location.
The instant shower heater is somewhat hard to handle and we spend a lot of time figuring out how to have a hot shower. It's really annoying in a very cold day.
No hot water, short bed, noise from Street
Excellent...... very helpful smiley lady at reception, tasty breakfast, service and choice were very good and kept us going all day !!!! Thankyou !!
This hotel is in a great location. 10 minute walk to temple bar. Excellent staff, great breakfast included. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, nice decoration. Nice bathroom and very good power shower. Will definitely return. Great stay!!
