Pas de chauffage dans la chambre malgré une température inférieure à 18°.

Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Chambres confortables et spacieuses. Présence d'un parking privé. Petits déjeuner bon et copieux.

Hotel loin du centre ville et des commerces. Fermeture du restaurant de l'hotel à 20h et absence d'autres restaurant à proximité.

The Breakfast

Room not heated properly on arrival, dirty floor, smell of smoke throughout the room, cold water for showers, double bed was 2 sigles pushed together... very poor hotel would never return even for the low price!!

The staff were very courteous and attentive. We stayed one night, and the breakfast was probably one of the best I've had in any hotel!

There was an overwhelming smell of dampness in the corrridors. (There had been a lot of floods in the area recently!) Our bedroom, though big and well presented was absoloutly freezing! Whe I spoke to the receptionist about this he told us we had to turn on the heating ourselves. Ok, if we had known this when we checked in at 2pm, threw our bags in the room and went into the city for a few hours! But this was 7pm and it took the romm hours to heat up.

staff good,dinners nice and reasonable price,rooms roomy.Guinness good ,breakfast good and available before 7.30 am.Free newspaper.

Rooms cold,windows left open,had to turn up heat in different rooms,(late november during floods !) Wine stain on floor carpet in room 104,informed reception.Cold draught coming from upstairs during evening meal.Staff unable to rectify.Hotel wih lots of glass windows.

the man serving breakfast was really nice and the hotel was quiet once the students on the street outside went quiet

smallest bed i have ever slept in, stuck up against a wall so no bedside table my side, had to cross a courtyard in the rain to get breakfast in the pub in the morning, hotel has no restaurant/breakfast room, breakfast is served in the pub but there is no connecting corridor

Greeting on arrival and help was very welcome.all staff friendly and seemed happy.

accommodation two star bathroom small unsafe shower no soap tiling poor, bedroom layout good -bed poor. breakfast !!!!!!what can i say two cooked breakfasts .35 minutes between the serving of two---- breakfasts one mini and one large !! how many chefs did it take!!!!!

as above. your discription is misleading this is a pub restaurant with budget accommodation i did not try the dinner menu was i lucky.

Hotel room was clean & comfortable, bathroom could've done with some maintenance, as the handle was flimsy, but wasn't bad over all. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, the distance to city centre is 10minutes by car and not by foot and the cost of taxi was €12 one way. Also included breakfast is a really great value in overall price for the stay.

The hotel's layout was a bit confusing and at some parts it felt like staying in an apartment block. Restaurant staff!!!! Do not bother waisting your money to get food in hotel's BB bar, even though it's lovely but the staff def. wasn't. I have waited more than 20 minutes to order desert after main meal and no one paid any attention to me even though it wasn't busy! we were sitting with empty plates and the waitresses passed us 50 times with out even looking at us. Really disappointed had to get up and leave. I would stay in the hotel again, but would not put a foot in their restaurant again.

Very convienient to city centre and on bus route, large rooms and friendly receptionist.

The restaurant staffs uniforms were dirty.
