Very nice lodging with comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Location was within walking distance of everything in town. There is an elevator, a plus for lugging heavy luggage.
Very pleasant b& b, tastefully designed rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities. Complimentary bottles of water. Helpful and courteous staff. Would definitely stay here again if coming to this area of Ireland.
The room, though nice, was a little too small, with too much furniture so would ask for a larger one next time.
Kitchen staff was great ! We missed the 10:00 am cut off and he happily accommodated us for breakfast .Much appreciated !
Excellent location in centre of town. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Overall I really couldn't fault this guesthouse considering the price we paid it is very much value for money
Nothing. It was exactly as we had hoped it would be. Would recommend and stay again
Staff very kind, very good prices, good breakfast.
Pictures on Booking are better than reality, but this is the only unpleasant point.
Newness Cleanliness Location Fantastic breakfast Excellent value for money Quality of room and surroundings Friendly staff
Cleanliness of room, breakfast was lovely, location great.
The best was the smiley, friendly guy that tuck care of us for breakfast every morning. Really like the location, place is nice, clean and comfortable. Quiet and warm room, very comfortable bed. Hairdryer, gel, nice soft towels, water and biscuits, great!
Not many tv channels available. Breakfast: I would have liked more information about the product served; Organic products offer, free range, Low fat options, More healthy options like smoked salmon with poached eggs and spinach, grilled mushrooms instead off fried, offer olive oil and salt and pepper, gluten free, vega-like banana bread, sponge, raw cacao options instead of industrial greasy muffins. Nice homemade soda bread, wholemeal with seeds bread, ... The poach eggs and scrambled eggs were tasteless and the bread underneath withe and soggy.
Modern facilities, professional reception staff, excellent breakfast.
new rooms, clean and quiet.
Had a lovely time in Kinvara, guesthouse was wonderful . Friendly staff and amazing room and breakfast. A hidden Jem
with the windows open because of the beautiful weather, was a bit noisy on the street w/ traffic and local s pubs.
Large bedrooms, bathrooms and even an elevator! Breakfast was also very good with even gluten-free options.
Location right in centre of town VVVVVVV Clean Lovely spacious rooms and areas Grreat breakfast - better than lots of 4 star hotel!
comfortable rooms spacious bathroom breakfast
Spacious, light, airy accommodation with quality fittings and linens.
Big room with big bathroom
Hard pillows, no iron.
The location was very handy to town. The staff were friendly. The building was kitted out very well. kinvara is one of my favourite places in Ireland, I know it very well.
Our room had obviously not been checked properly before we arrived. One of the single beds looked like it hadn't been changed, we had the use of 3 beds in this room, so that was fortunate. And the work top area to make tea and coffee was still sticky from the last guests. The staff who booked us in offered no information on Kinvara, like other B@B's had in places we stayed. Breakfast was disappointing, like it had been waiting around a while. The rates to stay are a little overpriced.
Large room, beautiful hotel, good breakfast.
Had to keep roof window open for air circulation, which meant light and noise since hotel is right in the middle of town.
Room was modern and large. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was nice. It is a great central location to the Burren and Cliffs of Moher. Kinvera fishing village was quaint. The guest house is a good value.
Guest house was located next to a grocery store, they began to off load goods at 5:00 am - fairly noisey and disruptive as the trucks came and went.
Room was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Public areas were clean and comfortable.
The street was noisy, and while the sound-proofed windows could shut out the noise, this made the room very stuffy. Also, parking is on the street, and no one warned us that there was a street market on Friday, and we had to move our car in a hurry in the morning, but not before someone had glued a note on our windscreen.
The room was absolutely stunning! We walked in on a sunny afternoon, and the sun shone in through this huge window on a slanted ceiling that coukd open in myriad ways (make sure to ask a staff person to show you how to work it - you will not believe how it works!). The room was super-clean and comfortable, and the breakfast, staff, and location were great, too. Best room we've stayed in on the trip and definitely not the priciest.
The atmosphere, location, people
difficult to find Irish music :)
We enjoyed our stay, our room and ensuite were very good and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. Great value for money. Will stay again and recommend it to friends.
