Wanted to be very near to Knock Shrine and therefore Knock House Hotel was an ideal location to stay. Very comfortable room. Staff were most friendly and helpful. Very homely atmosphere. Food was tasty - hot and nicely presented. Excellent transport service provided by the Hotel to and from the airport.

We stayed only for 1 night but it was pleasant and nice and the good part was it is close to the shrine and the church. The free airport pickup and return are also a very good hotel feature and was very helpful to us. We'll recommend the hotel to friends who would visit the shrine.

We came for the shrine and as the hotel was next to the shrine , we were delighted Nowhere on the internet did it say we had to ring toi book the shuttle bus so when we arrived at the airport we expected it to be there. After ringing the hotel we then were told to get a taxi which cost us 25 euros

It was clean and the facilities were reasonable. The food was good. We were greeted by a very pleasant girl who was welcoming and helpful. Beyond this the staff smile very little and appear to hate what they are doing. It is not nice to be asked to wait to be called either for breakfast or dinner when the dining room is patently half full and tables seem to be ready. Better to be seated at a table and told there could be a slight wait, than waiting like out patients in the lobby. The pillows are unyielding and uncomfortable.

The welcome we received on entering reception was the start of a wonderful 5 days spent in Knock House. Although there were many residents the hotel remained peaceful. We enjoyed delicious food, wonderful company and of course attentive staff. What more can I say. Hopefully we, the pilgrims, will be able to visit again.

We stayed with my elderly parents and had a wheelchar accessible room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were only too happy to assist. They were well equipped to cater for a wide range of needs which made the weekend more pleasurable for all of us. Very quiet with nice comfortable rooms and great location within walking distance of Knock Shrine. Would have liked some light enterainment in the resident's bar. Would have been nice rather than returning directly to our rooms after dinner. There is no bar/lounge facilities provide other than the residents' lounge.

Great hotel if you're interested in the Knock Shrine. Located right behind the shrine grounds and can walk to church. Hotel rooms are older, but clean. Restaurant in hotel is surprisingly good. No bar in hotel, but drinks available in lobby and restaurant.

We went to Knock Shrine and we had a wonderful nexperience. 5000 people at the 5pm mass and the experience was just fantastic. The hotel was just across the road and the staff were excellent. Food was also very good.
