I thought the whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was of the highest standard. The public areas were tastefully decorated and relaxing. The standard of the food was first class as was the service. The proximity to the shrine is a further excellent point in its favour. The added bonus was the entertainment on the evening of my stay (May 16th) - a lovely singer- guitarist. He provided the icing on the cake for my stay! I will recommend it highly and hope to return!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing overnight stay. Service, quality of food and facilities were excellent. The courtesy bus from the airport was really helpful as Knock village is a few kilometres away. Also the location of the hotel is very close to the shrine itself.

Excellent for w/chair users, friendly staff and a great driver who transported us back/forth from rail station. The Hotel's Resturant was the only let- down, most tables where sending back uneaten food I.E. veg to soft/rubbery, needs to be boiled not steamed and looked into. Asked to see the chef but he did not appear. A great location for the Shrine next door.

Easy going, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food at a reasonable price. Good value over all. No bar to enjoy a sociable drink, and meet other guests. I would recommend this hotel but I would inform them that there is no lounge bar.

Its close proximity to Knock Airport and the fact that they had a courtesy minibus which you could use to take you there.

Staff were brilliant. Very helpful. Matthew who picked us up from the airport was very friendly and the other gentleman who drove us the church as well. It is brilliant to have this kind of service. It makes a huge difference! and the drivers were careful drivers and lovely, cheerful people!

We stayed only for 1 night but it was pleasant and nice and the good part was it is close to the shrine and the church. The free airport pickup and return are also a very good hotel feature and was very helpful to us. We'll recommend the hotel to friends who would visit the shrine.

We came for the shrine and as the hotel was next to the shrine , we were delighted Nowhere on the internet did it say we had to ring toi book the shuttle bus so when we arrived at the airport we expected it to be there. After ringing the hotel we then were told to get a taxi which cost us 25 euros

The welcome we received on entering reception was the start of a wonderful 5 days spent in Knock House. Although there were many residents the hotel remained peaceful. We enjoyed delicious food, wonderful company and of course attentive staff. What more can I say. Hopefully we, the pilgrims, will be able to visit again.
