Very clean, modern hotel, good location, nice rooms. Received phone call one wk prior to arrival advising that the hotel was closing for one night of our stay and told that we were to find our own accomodation, which turned out to be more expensive. On arrival we had to wait on our room, very clean however room was very cold & we were not informed on booking that the swimming pool/leisure facilities were closed for the winter season. We also were not told that during the winter season no chef is employed, therefore, no option to have dinner in hotel, not to mention breakfast. |

It was very central and comfortable. I had previously stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed it, however this time I was given a room quite near reception which turned out to be a bit on the noisey side esp at 4.00am when people were coming home..It is a lovely hotel though and I would definately stay again. |

The hotel is central to the small town of Lahinch which is a relaxed and unpretentious small town close to the beauty of Co. Clare. The hotel is relaxed, friendly and well turned out. |

The only saving grace for this hotel is that it's situated in beautiful countryside with the beach on it's doorstep Cleanliness of accommodation, sink cracked in bathroom, tile grout mouldy and dirty, bath panel not fixed properly, out of date decor, windows dirty and beginning to rot, trim around headboard peeling off. Noise levels unacceptable, drunks running up and down the corridor outside our room laughing, shouting, banging on our door and others in the early hours of the morning. We could also hear every word spoken by the people in the next room and as the night went on the noise levels rose. Street noise also was a problem from road traffic to the noise from people leaving the bars. We both had very little sleep. Certainly not a 4 star hotel. |

We stayed there for the location, at the top of the town, five minutes walk from the beach. But the pool and gym helped too. I didn't like the charge of €15 for breakfast. So we wandered down the town to Joe's cafe instead and got a good late breakfast for half the price. |

The hotel staff were excellent, and professional. But one very important thing for me was its location, right in the centre of town ,so you were not confined to this hotel facilities ,everything you wanted to do was walking distance ,and also Lahinch is in the centre of some of the most visited tourist sites in Ireland The Bathroom in the room I stayed in was in relatively poor condition |

The location is excellent, lovely place, the Leisure centre is very nice also and the outdoor hot tub is a lovely treat!! There is a night club on or next to the hotel and the room we were in!!! The noise kept my girlfriend and I awake all night!! We were told the room we were in (room 101) should not have been booked on a Saturday night, how did this happen? Our complaint was dealt with and treated seriously to the hotels credit and the room rate was reduced. I don't think we would have got this room if we were a few years older!!! |

Nothing. it was dreadful. The Hotel itself rambled all over the place. The carpark ( what about a bit of grass and a few benches) and your token exit stank. No bar facilities after 3.30am? I could have stayed in a five star the same w/end for €149.00 with 2nights dinner and 2 breakfast. Your hotel on the other hand was a rip off. |

Rooms were nice. Leisure centre was good..Proximity to the beach, a positive. Bedrooms were quite hot at night.Didnt like that the coffee dock was closed. Was using internet on my laptop Sat - reception was poor while listening to an Australian radio station. Towels at leisure centre were shedding , when we returned home our swimsuits and clothing had green fluff on them. We returned to our room at l2.05 sunday, day of checkout, 5 minutes late after being to leisure centre, ready to leave, and discovered that our room was locked. We had to go down to reception to get key activated. I think , considering what we paid, that breakfast could have been included in the price. |

The Location. Reception Staff. Atmosphere in the Late Bar. I was only there one night but would stay again if rate was lowered. The first room we were allocated wasn't ready and was disgusting - a bit of a turn off on arrival. However the Reception Staff were excellent. |

I enjoyed my stay. Its friendly and welcoming and close to all amenities.I would recommended it and I would be glad to stay again. I was alone and still had to pay for a double room .I paid 160 for one night which included breakfast but considering I was alone it was expensive.I did ask when checking out and I was told if they had not been full it would be different, and that does not make any since.. |

The staff were very nice. The Hotel said they had broadband / wifi in all the rooms, this was not the case. I could not connect with the internet in any part of the hotel.Even after they supplied me with a lan lead. Also the coffee dock they talked about on their web site is now closed. Food is not served during the day, but they did give me a voucher to use in a local hotel to get food at a 10% discount. I have to say these problems did not prevent my enjoyment of the hotel. |

It was really close to a very good indian restaurant and to the beach. Friendly staff and parking is free for customers I had a room to the parking area, it was quite loud and so I couldn't open the window. |

Not much and particularly for the money This hotel was listed as in the vicinity of Galway and this was absolutely not the case. It is at least an hour and a half drive to Galway. It was very misleading. We were very disappointed. |

Central for town, and good free parking for guests. Helpful staff. Prompt room service Street noise was intrusive at night time, particularly as it was a busy bank holiday weekend. Breakfast is very expensive. |

Nice pleasant hotel in the centre of Lahinch. I did not eat there so I cannot comment on the restaurant. The Staff I met were very friendly and the room was very spacious, modern and clean. |
