Lahinch Lodge unfortunately had a issue regarding their heater so we never checked into the hotel. Met at door and was told they are replacing heater and we have been moved over to the Atlantic. Great move! Lehinch lodge and Atlantic are only 200 yards from each other. Atlantic rooms were very clean, excellent staff and the food was phenomenal. Seafood chowder was one of the best I have tasted and I live in Boston, Ma. Lamb was terrific as well as the headlock. Very nice bar which the Lahinch lodge does not have so we were psyched. Nice lounging area w fireplace. Walk to the tee at Lahinch. Direct down town location next to 2 good bars, the Nineteen and Flanagans. Great experience and would recommend, glad we were moved, owned by the same Hotel Company.
The two staff members were very friendly and did everything to make the trip pleasant. From helping with customized restaurant choices to a last minute hair dryer need, to early breakfast. And excessively friendly with the best breakfast we had in Ireland.
Noise from boiler.
Perfect location Very nice breakfast
Could hear all cars passing as if a window was open: hole in the wall used as ventilation..other guests downstairs didn't have the issue so could be only 1 room (number 8). Pity.
Lots of noise from surrounding rooms. Also we had a ground floor room looking out to the. The front main road & car park. There are no net curtains so everyone can look in. No privacy, very poor.
Super service, great breakfast, very comfortable room. Great value!!
Very over priced and yet very basic accommodation. Not very clean on arrival (urine in toilet bowl) and very small, pokey room. Hated staying here. Would not recommend :(
Value for money Shower in room Breakfast Variety Staff Room for relazing
Dirt on the ledge of the window when opened it was there for the duration of the stay. Bed too near the window No bedside lamp on one side of the bed
Room was nice - good size & clean- pleasant distant view of the golf course. Location was good.
Person on reception and again at breakfast gave the impression she'd rather be somewhere else. Pleasant, but disinterested. Compared to other B&Bs we stayed in, I thought it expensive for what we got.
Location easy walk to beach and pubs and plenty of places to eat good parking relaxing place to stay.
Excellent location very near the town and golf course. Wonderful staff and breakfast. A charming hotel.
Room 15 away from it all, quiet, private. Lodge within walking distance of beach/ golf etc
Extraction fan not working in en suite, hot weather needed a mini fridge, waste collected at 6 am x 2 mornings
Everything - location, great breakfast, very clean and comfortable.
Calm location within walking distance of the center. Friendly staff.
Bathroom needs more in depth cleaning.
Convenient location, friendly staff.
Comfortable, location was close to downtown, clean, good breakfast choices, nice commons room, easy access to all national roads
Could not open patio doors very wide. Was a bit stuffy when trying to sleep
- location - good shower - comfy bed
- poor sound insulation between rooms, - no fruit at breakfast - impossible to open window wider than vent position. - frosted glass windows.
easy to find. clean. good parking.
poor breakfast choice. breakfast service. old tv only 6 channels. ground floor with no blinds on window. noise from room above
Liked the location, cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Really helpful staff.
Friendly staff Good food
Location was great only a 2minute walk to the town. Breakfast was lovely.
Overpriced for such basic rooms. Also we had a superior room which was meant to have a view over the golf course but actually there was frosted glass on the window and the "view" was only visible from a cramped alcove in the corner of the room-the description was a bit misleading. This is a fine basic B&B but hugely overpriced for what it is considering you can get hotel rooms for the same price or less.
Room upgrade on arrival. Big room. Very powerful shower. Lovely breakfast.
Tv lounge was very comfortable also and the open fire was very cosy and warm
Everything was great food was excellent see below
As a coach driver I needed my rest but a disco kept blaring very late
