view, tranquility, the haggard family, and all the staff, where very friendly and very helpful. a stay that was actually too short! a little noisy because we where above the hotel pub that had live music. luckily the music was good and didnt go on till too late, and it wasn't annoying, but we would've liked to be informed. |

The Lake Hotel was a wonderful experience. The view was breath taking including the rainbow that dropped itself right in the middle of the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful although there weren't too many of them and sometimes it took them a while to assist us. The jaccuzzi tub was an added bonus and we enjoyed using it. Location was perfect. We did the Ring of Kerry & Muckross House. The hotel did not offer much in the way of restuarants. Although, breakfast was nice....we had dinner at Molly Darcy's because the suggested menu was a little too pricey for us and the bar menu didn't have much we desired. |

THe view was amazing and the total relaxation that a stay here brings Wanted a room in the new extension and i ws unable to get one. Very disappointed. |

one of the most comfortable, luxurious hotels i have ever syayed at. cannot rate it highly enough. the gluten free meals in the restaurant are fabulous and even getting in gluten free bread for breakfast for us was a lovely touch. |
