Cleaning staff was unobtrusive, yet the room was always clean when I returned. the the room was always very clean. The desk staff was always helpful. Kept thinking I was charging my cell phone when I left the room...I wasn't of course because the electricity is off when you leave the room! |

My daughter and I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff in the dining room were very efficient, pleasant and helpful. The bedroom walls seemed to be very thin, and you could hear people talkingin the rooms and corridors. Also there did not seem to be any bar facilities. |

Closeness to city centre. Very good breakfasts, very good choice on breakfast menu, good buffet section also. Fairly high price, room rate was pushed up about 40% for jazz festival weekend. |

The bedroom was large and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The public areas are very stark and depressing. The tv was way over in the corner and you couldn't really watch it from bed. The bathroom was basic. |

I liked that it was very central to Cork city. I was disappointed that it didn't rate a 4 star accomodation as was listed. |

Excellent location. Wonderful helpful staff. Very well run accommodation. Would recommend to anyone on city visit or business trip. The Internet acces was particularly useful. The lounge was clinically decorated and not very inviting. |
