Closeness to city centre. Very good breakfasts, very good choice on breakfast menu, good buffet section also. Fairly high price, room rate was pushed up about 40% for jazz festival weekend. |

The bedroom was large and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The public areas are very stark and depressing. The tv was way over in the corner and you couldn't really watch it from bed. The bathroom was basic. |

I liked that it was very central to Cork city. I was disappointed that it didn't rate a 4 star accomodation as was listed. |

Excellent location. Wonderful helpful staff. Very well run accommodation. Would recommend to anyone on city visit or business trip. The Internet acces was particularly useful. The lounge was clinically decorated and not very inviting. |

very easy to get to, and short walk to centre of cork. Breakfast was good but full price breakfast for kids was a bit much. no foyer, no bar, staff not particularly helpful - for example getting bags from car in the spilling rain as we were checking-in, hotel porter just looked on and commented on the weather as i passed. |
