Everything, especially its easy access to Cork City. Breakfast was yummy :-) The room got a bit to hot, even with the heating off. |

The large rooms, the cleanliness, pleasant staff and excellent breakfast. As there is no bar or restaurant reception should have a list of recommended bars or restaurants in the area. |

the hotel was spotless ,very central, and most of the staff were very professional, helpfull and curtious. the night porter was very rude, as this was our second visit to this particular hotel it was a let down. in saying that i would still recomend this hotel on the basis that all the other staff had a fantastic work ethic. |

there was a continous noise from a nearby room between 11pm and 12 which I think was the bathroom extractor in that room. |
