The room and the comfortable bed
curtains are way too thin and very bright in the morning
Everything about the place was nice clean and tidy staff where amazing only thing i would say bad was there was to much light comeing through the blinds so made it hard to sleep in heavy curtains would be great other than that i would be bk again thank you
to much light comeing through windows in morning which woke you up at 7am heavy curtains would be great.
Helpful staff. Spacious comfortable suite with fruit and water provided. Location excellent situated just off Stephens Green and Grafton Street. Right next to popular bars etc. Surrounded by historic and sites of interest.
Road works right in front of hotel made access difficult and no parking on site. Nearest car park 5mins from hotel at reduced rate.
I stayed for a night and i would definitely stay again, didn visit the spa but we be gettin a treatment next time im there.
the staff are the people who make your hotel stay the best it can be. They were kind generous and so helpful. For me the whole part of staying in a hotel is the experience you receive from the staff and as soon as we entered the hotel I was blown away at how friendly the staff were.
Modern design, extremely friendly and helpful staff.
A bit noisy when trying to get to sleep (some motor fan outside my window) and woke early as window straight opposite bed. I really have to nit pick to find anything wrong however, the location was brilliant!
Very quiet room
Staff were very nice, room was spotless
the price was far to much, room was a lot smaller then seen on website,
Great facilities and extremely well located for shopping, eating etc .All staff extremely friendly ,courteous and helpful.A great find.
The room was clean, the bed was very nice, although no top sheet, and the water pressure was incredible. The location was fantastic as well, and the Brasserie downstairs was amazing.
The elevator is in the back on a bar and the reception is on the second floor, pretty confusing. Also, there was a ton of construction outside.
On arrival our room was upgraded to a suite which was spacious and very tastefully decorated.
The suite is directly above two or three late bats and therefore very noisy! Also there is work ongoing for a new tram system outside the hotel which starts very early in the morning
There was nothing we didn't like .the location was brilliant and the staff couldnt have been nicer!! Will definitely be back!
Couldn't fault it!!
Decor of the rooms and quality of the breakfast is excellent, great location too. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Lift not accessible if the bar is closed, not great if you are on the top floor!
Excellent hotel close to everything and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Will def stay again soon for a weekend.
Really friendly service and helpful staff Great location, close to sites, restaurants, bars, etc. Bed was comfortable
Hotel has a rather funky lay-out and the hallways are a bit dingy Room was comfortable enough, though the "headboard" was essentially just a tapestry hung on the wall, which was a bit off-putting Water pressure in the shower was incredibly (almost uncomfortably) strong TV image was very grainy
Location was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Size of the room was perfect
Noisy at night if the windows are left open (nightclub)
Location is excellent.
Being above a nightclub means it is noisy until 3 even on the top floor.
Loud music till 2 a.m. From bar.
Could do with dropping prices overpriced for what it is
Room styling Free upgrade! Thanks!
Fantastic location and very pleasant and helpful staff
Breakfast is yum but it's a pity it's not a little cheaper or included in the €120 room price!
The Night clerk was very helpfull and moved us to a room with no stains on the sheets.
I stayed at the La Stampa before and there was no comparison to this hotel. Now it is dirty, loud(with the Bar playing loud music), smells musty. There were stains on the sheets and the floor.
very nice spacious room but we did up grade to junior suite
The mattress was too big for the bed and dipped in the middle. The fun started in teh morning when we took elevator down at 6.30 a.m. which exited in the bar, the bar was locked and it took a frustrating 10 mins to find a staff member to let us out with our luggage
attempt at shabby chic more shabby than chic. blinds only on windows (no curtains) gave a poor nights sleep with sun streaming in from 5 am. Pathetic attempt at trendy shower and T V set from about 1989. this tries to be a boutique hotel and fails. Could not wait to leave.
It's in a fantastic location and the staff are very helpful.
Where do I start! The room was awful, it was a junior suite. The bed was seriously uncomfortable, the furniture was tacky, one window was rotten from the outside and was letting wind through. The bathroom needed a good makeover, the skylight in the bathroom was covered in bird excrement and because the bathroom door was glass it let in too much light in the morning. The walls of the room were covered in marks and the door was badly painted. The carpets of the stairs going up through the hotel were absolutely filthy.
