Nightclub with thumping music until 3 AM. Dirty, especially bathroom. No elevator from street. No security from street.
Great location Lovely room Nice view
Advertised molten brown products in our suite but they weren't there Very noisy Not great value for money
Room dated and carpet dirty
Was a bit dirty, broken plug sockets in room, difficulty in controlling temperature and light bulb had gone on arrival.
very good location in the heart of Dublin
TV was not working well
the bed was amazing and very comfortable. the staff were really helpful and friendly,
the towels in the bathroom seemed to be on the old side and seen better days but still did the job. the skylight in the room could have done with a blind on it as when it became light out it came in directly on the bed, the drain for the bathroom was blocked up and the shower water did not drain properly.
Helpful happy and plesent staff. Breakfast very good. Very quiet room.
There was a velux window in the ceiling of the bedroom and it did not have a blind. To bright early in the morning.
The bed was very comfortable Excellent location
The pillows were awful The reception staff were not very friendly or informative about check out time, breakfast and how to gain access into hotel after hours The room smelt musty and you had to have the curtains pulled to have privacy leaving the room very dark It felt dirty and the paint was coming off the walls throughout the hotel.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The brasserie, bar and restaurant were really nice. Good location.
My room was old fashioned, bad colour choice for the walls, 'lilac'!!! Just paint them white or cream! Some rooms looked great but not sure how many of those there are!! Very noisy hotel at night you can hear the doors slamming and people talking outside your room! My room was above the resturant and my room smelt like burgers most of the time. Also you can hear the music from the bar as it is so loud and the music continued until 2am. My bed was really uncomfortable it felt like an old mattress. The bathroom was very dated and badly fitted. Rooms need updating and soundproofing!!!!
The hotel is pretty good. It could be better. No minibar which is disappointing. A bit of a maze to get to the room from the street but otherwise all good.
No mini bar
It was in easy access to the main streets of Dublin. Staff were very friendly and polite.
The room itself although very pleasant and clean was 'tired' looking, the furniture seemed worn. Unfortunately the local bar/ club played music into the early hours which kept me awake. It wasn't extremely loud but I could hear it and that was with the windows shut.
Location Style of rooms Bathrooms
Television was awful , no picture that i could watch bed v hard and pillows flat
Originality. Delicious meal at great price (Pre-concert menu) Quirky room All staff very friendly and professional
TV did not work. I did not report it as not in room long enough to report
The room was nice, very clean, good size room and the bathroom was great, the location its very good and parking very close to hotel.
climbing stairs until the third floor
Bathroom was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, nice staff.
Air condition was not working properly, it was freezing cold in the room.
Cleanliness Not a 4 star
Staff were friendly
Broken or missing bathroom fittings Shower / bath had dirty tiling Cracked handbasins and floor tiles No minibar Dirty and stained carpets and chairs
Great Location, relatively big room
Quicker Wifi should be better~~~
I was verbally abused and made to feel very intimidated by a male member of staff! I will never stay at that hotel again an I will not recommend to stay there !!
The staff were lovely. Room was very nice and excellent bathroom.I would definetely stay again very central .Joan Kilkenny
Too many stairs. A little bit noisy. breakfast very nice but slow.
The staff were brilliant, ever so helpful. If they didn't know, they found out what was needed. 2 euros a coffee in the brasserie. Free wifi. Bang in the middle of the city.
Nothing not to like.
Location, Majority of the staff, Dublin in general, Room had everything needed.
Noise from attached Nightclub / Bars (Kept awake until 3am), Roadworks outside location (not noisy just inconvenient), Unfriendly 'welcome' from female receptionist on arrival, Strange 1 inch clear gap around frosting of bathroom glass door.
Good location, comfy bed, big bathroom, staff very friendly.
Kettle didn't work.....not replaced in the 3 days we were there. Free paper got the one we asked for on 1st day none second & different one third day! Noise is a BIG issue of which we were aware before but even on 4th floor with earplugs the thumping base still keeps you awake!
