Liked the quirkyness of it,The bar was trendy and I liked the overall asian theme.Location was excellent.Food in The Dining Room was top class.

Didn't like the music blaring from the bar?nightclub until 3am both nights.This wouldn't have been so bad if we had been out ourselves but after having been refused entry both nights to the nightclub why bother?The bouncer claimed it was a "Members only" club,even after we had been told by two different members of staff that it wasn'T.We had a reservation in Conrad Gallaghers restaurant The Dining Room at 9pm on one night.Having arrived for our meal the hostess explained that our table wasn't ready,to have a seat at the bar and she would call us.Approx 35 mins later she came and showed us back into the waiting area in the restaurant where we were left waiting another 10 mins.Age discrimination maybe?Can't see a mature couple being treated like this,Maybe they presumed we didn't have as much money to spend?After all this to arrive home to my bank account being "locked"of nearly 300Euro even after I paid cash for the stay is unacceptable.The receptionist I spoke to when I rang to question it claimed that "that is what pre- authorisation is".Well if that was explained to me I wouldn't have paid cash then would i?She said it was a pre-authorisation only and that no money would be taken from my account.Well it might aswel have been if I can't access it.She should have told me that the money would be locked and I would have just paid with the card and kept the cash but no I was left with no money in my account and no cash.Ridiculous carry on for a so called "Small Luxury Hotel Of The World".As you may gather we will not be returning.

I didn't like the fact that I had to walk through a very long bar to get to the lift to get to our room, I know this bar and on a weekend night its usually very busy, I had my 77 yr old mother with me and had I known this I would not have stayed here.

The room was beautiful and clean.The people were very kind.The location was perfect.

Incredible location, very clean, affordable, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the Aircoach bus stop for the airport. Great coffee shop across the street. Delicious pizza place next door. All of the attractions were with walking distance.

There was no way to control the shower water pressure which was excessive and as a result the water leaked all over the floor.

The poor signage to the lifts from the room, which should be reviewed. The clutter in the fire stair, particulary the storage of laundry baskets and the stair immediatly on the other side of a door with no signage. This needs to have a platform installd in compliance with building regulations.

Luxurious junior suite. Beautifully furnished. Super comfortable bed.Excellent value breakfast.

Strange that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the suite. A very small price to pay to add this. We also had dinner in The Dining Room. Excellent food and service but I was not really happy at sitting in the back of the room beside a party of 30 plus guests (including children). This lost the intimacy of the occasion and also felt second class in comparison to the main dining room.

Our standard room was very nice, almost like a mini suite! Loved the style of it. I thought the staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was quite good.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only small negative is that I thought the place could do with a touch of paint in places!

No dining or room service on Sunday evening, rooms accessed through bar- (long walk) if need to use lift.Stairs not in use due to renovations. No usual slh welcome, bathroom need updating, cracked, uneven tiles on floor and hygiene not up to standard expected at this level.Breakfast disappointing, cheap bread used for toast and poor quality sausages,cold coffee even though we were the only ones having breakfast!
