Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were fantastic, modern, clean & comfortable (huge power shower and the most comfortable bed). We had continental breakfast included and this was plentiful. We were pleasantly suprised at how much was on offer. The bar/restaurant attatched the hotel was tasteful with a real Irish charm feel and the meals were delicious & again plentiful! Perfect choice, was very pleased with our visit. This hotel is in the heart of the city and so, you can here some city noise from your room but, not so much that you could not sleep. No, We loved everything! |

The room was simply laid out and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the shower room excellent.I thought the bar downstairs has a nice feel to it.Doesn't hurt that the hotel is in an excellent location. Nothing really- there didn't seem to be an issue with noise for us but we were out late ourselves. |

Pretty standard hotel. Adjacent to a bar which was a little bit annoying. Breakfast was a little on the skimpy side. |

The room was clean and furnished and finished nicely. I really liked the bathroom with the heated floor. Even though the hotel is one a very busy street in Dublin there was no street noise in our room (however did not face the street). When we arrived the main bulb was out. We asked for it to be replaced but when we returned a few hours later this had not been done. We asked again (a different member of staff) and this was done immediately along with our request for iron and ironing board and bucket of ice and glasses. We also had a drink in the bar before getting ready for dinner, however, there was a band practicing upstairs. It was very loud in the ground floor bar due to this and impossible to hear the back ground music. The noise made it impossible to relax and enjoy our drink. |

Large room, comfy bed & armchair, well decorated, double shower with underfloor heating in bathroom. Close to centre of city. Good continental breakfast included. No wardrobe and only 3 hangers on coat rail. No drawer space. We are casual and lived out of our cases but smart clothes would be a problem. We could not get room heating to work and despite asking staff to check the "no fuse" indicated on controls, nothing happened. It was november and some background warmth in the evening would have been nice. |

Very good location, very central. Reasonable cost on a special deal. Very poor sound proofing, and when there is a live band playing until 2:30am in the second floor bar it is very loud in the rooms. Also issues with the shower meant that one morning we had to have almost cold showers. |

The room was clean, the staff attentive and the facilities good. It made for a really comfortable stay in Dublin. The hotel is centrally placed and made a good base for exploring the city. Lots of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Although wi-fi available, it was variable but a wall socket was available for hard wire connection. We arrived late and the original room offered was quite small and had no hair drier. However on contacting reception (manned 24hrs) another (larger) room with full ameneties was immediately made available. The bar/cafe on the ground floor was really good, serving a very nice full Irish breakfast and was a comfortable place to have a late afternoon tea/meal. Lots of music in the evenings! We were on the top (5th) floor and whilst this reduced the sound from the live bands downstairs, there was a great deal of hum from the electrical plant on the roof (this was probably variable, dependent on where the room was located). This was actually no great problem and I guess it's an inevitable consequence of a convenient, centrally located hotel. |

The room was nice and the location for food and main shopping street was excellent. The wi-fi was a joke because you couldn't get signal anywhere in the hotel. The staff wasn't much help and we even had a cleaner help herself to some chocolate we had in our room while cleaning it! The location was good for food and shopping, but terrible at the same time because of the noise from the pubs and street. Our bed may as well of been in the middle of the pub, especially when the band started at 1.30am. The only time we couldn't hear the pub noise was when an ambulance or police car went past with sirens blaring. Unless you are going to be one of the people in the pub all night, this is not the hotel for you. Also, there were only 3 TV channels. |

Location, Value for money Getting in.. had a ring from the street and it took repeated rings before anyone answered. This happened on a number of occasions. On one occasion, I went into the bar attached to the hotel and discovered that the receptionist was actually in the bar - that was quite unnerving and meant I felt unsure if I could get back in and was nervous that I might be stuck on the street in the early hours of the morning. A key for the front door or at least a keypad code would alleviate his problem. |

Good value excellent location and clean modern rooms. Breakfast room was a bar by night and you had to either leave the hotel or negotiate a convoluted series of internal staircases access it. It fronted onto a busy street and there was no set down area or parking to leave off bags. |

Location, nothing else. It was horrendous.I was stuck in a stairwell in search of the breakfast room for about 15 minutes. The signs had brought me there. No-one told me I had to leave the hotel (it was spilling rain), turn right at the front door, and enter the adjacent 'pub', aka breakfast room. I called directory inquiries to get the number of the hotel to get help, and they only had the number for Central hotel on Dame street. About the room itself, you can hear every sound from adjacent rooms. The bed had no headboard & was on rollers, making any attempt to read in bed very difficult. The main light had no bulb making reading even more difficult. And finally, the room had no bath, which I should have checked. |

Good central location. Good value for money and a very nice wetroom. I asked to borrow a Iron & Ironing Board and had to collect it from reception. This wasn't very convenient as I had just showered. There was also no remote controll for the TV which made it very difficult to play a DVD and there were only three TV stations accessable. |

New feeling and cleanliness of room, underfloor heating in bathroom. I was staying in Dublin on my own prior to a business meeting and liked that it was near everything and I felt safe walking there and staying there. Lack of Irish TV channels! |

The bathrooms were great, the rooms were really small though and a bit noisy - we could hear loud music until 1am The reception were unfriendly - they made us pay upfront and also the door of the hotel was left open twice when we went into it which wasn't very safe |

The hotels location is excellent. The room was spacious and shower facilty was best by far I have seen. Tea and coffee making facilities and flat screen TV . All you could want ! The neon sign outside the hotel (Vacancies) does not do this boutique hotel justice. |

Great location to central Dublin. Room was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful with other travel concerns. A lot of noise early mornings due to the clamor of pubs in the immediate proximity restocking beer kegs, often lasting more than an hour. |
