Le Cirk Hotel

Very friendly staff. Very nice bathroom. We liked the heated floors and the shower was nice too. Good location if you want to be close to lots of pubs. Not much noise and the sound of the heater blocked most of it out. 24 hr reception and free left luggage. Tea and coffee in the room.

Could have been a little cleaner (dust under the bed).

It was an alternative to an expensive taxi ride home.

The room had an air of stale cigarettes

Its central location in Dublin, easy access to shopping, bars and tourist spots. For the price good value for money (45euro for B&B).

Rooms were quiet small, TV small too.

The room was cold the unit for the cool/warm was noisy - only 3 channels on the tv - toilet seat was wobbly - the breakfast was awful!

Cleanliness, convenient to the city centre. Good rate.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were fantastic, modern, clean & comfortable (huge power shower and the most comfortable bed). We had continental breakfast included and this was plentiful. We were pleasantly suprised at how much was on offer. The bar/restaurant attatched the hotel was tasteful with a real Irish charm feel and the meals were delicious & again plentiful! Perfect choice, was very pleased with our visit. This hotel is in the heart of the city and so, you can here some city noise from your room but, not so much that you could not sleep.

Central Location, clean and excellent value for money.

Breakfast was understaffed. One girl running around, didn't explain clearly what was available for breakfast. Was sitting for 30 mins waiting.

Right in the center of Dublin. Able to walk everywhere

Quite noisy at night so would not recommend it to families.

Pretty standard hotel. Adjacent to a bar which was a little bit annoying. Breakfast was a little on the skimpy side.

Hotel staff wasn't 100% friendly except on guy in the morning shift on Wednesday 18th.

Large room, comfy bed & armchair, well decorated,double shower with underfloor heating in bathroom. Close to centre of city. Good continental breakfast included.

No wardrobe and only 3 hangers on coat rail. No drawer space. We are casual and lived out of our cases but smart clothes would be a problem. We could not get room heating to work and despite asking staff to check the "no fuse" indicated on controls, nothing happened. It was november and some background warmth in the evening would have been nice.

The room was clean, the staff attentive and the facilities good. It made for a really comfortable stay in Dublin. The hotel is centrally placed and made a good base for exploring the city. Lots of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Although wi-fi available, it was variable but a wall socket was available for hard wire connection. We arrived late and the original room offered was quite small and had no hair drier. However on contacting reception (manned 24hrs) another (larger) room with full ameneties was immediately made available. The bar/cafe on the ground floor was really good, serving a very nice full Irish breakfast and was a comfortable place to have a late afternoon tea/meal. Lots of music in the evenings!

We were on the top (5th) floor and whilst this reduced the sound from the live bands downstairs, there was a great deal of hum from the electrical plant on the roof (this was probably variable, dependent on where the room was located). This was actually no great problem and I guess it's an inevitable consequence of a convenient, centrally located hotel.
