I liked that staff helped me to have breakfast a little early so as to be able to catch my plane. The staff at the reception in the evening was friendly and efficient. The room was small for a twin room. The staff who was on duty at our checking pushed the beds aside to make a little more space, but didnt really care. |

We were upgraded to an amazing room with a sauna and it had lovely high ceilings, windows and a nice layout. It was very clean and a nice location, if a healthy walk to downtown. No wifi and the internet connection didn't work in our room and since we wake up late, the hot water was turned off already. |

Good service, and at a nice price. The hotely felt homely, but not too homely, which made it a nice experience. The staff were great at giving tips and advice on things and places to see, both on their own initiative at check-in, and later on at our request. We found the hotel to be within nice walking distance of the city centre, with St Stephens Green, Grafton Street and Temple Bar. Most of the rooms (at least the ones on our side of the building) had the windows facing a quite noisy street. We're used to sleeping with a window open, but we couldn't do that without having our fair share of traffic noise. A mini safe or a safety deposit box in the room would have been nice for safekeeping of passports etc. After reading other comments on Booking.com, we were quite unsure whether our room would have a toilet; we made sure to order a room with a specified bathroom and toilet, and everything was okay. |

The originality of having sauna and jacuzzi. Having many windows, bringing light to the room. Simpathy of the reception girl. |

the bathroom was very spacious and equipeed for disabled persons but we weren't disabled and we didn't need it. Our daughter was given a very large well equipped suite but she is only and 15 she didn't really need that either. the big man on the balcony above our daughter' suite was smoking all the time and he was quite scary. the lady next door to our room kept banging on the door and coughing all night long, we think she had a black cat and a broomstik!! :-) there was an interconnecting door through which we could hear all her movements and more than once we thought she was trying to enter in our room which was a distraction because we were quite intimate all nigh long. they serve breakfast until 10 and check out was supposed to be at 10 too which we think it was quite silly. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. I booked a single room and was upgraded to a double free of charge. The room was spacious with a comfortable double bed, radio/CD player, TV, hot water kettle with teas, a balcony, small closet, desk and bathroom with beautiful stained-glass door. Breakfast was excellent and only 6.50 euro if it is not included in your rate. The aircoach stop to the airport is just maybe 10meters from front of hotel. If you don't like walking, take the bus to the city center. It took me about 20minutes depending on where exactly in the city center I was going. I was also concerned about safety. There was an outside and inside front door and neither was locked during the evening, even though there seem to be card swiping machines at each door. There is also no receptionist after 11pm. So even thought the receptionists say that it is a very safe place, anyone could enter the hotel if they wanted. So my room door was my only protection, which did not close properly unless you pushed on it. I was also slightly uneasy about my first floor balcony that could easily be accessed my someone from the ground floor outside. |

The car park was difficult to find as no directions were given. The bedroom was swarming with flys on our arrival. We found one member of staff to be extremely unprofessional in our dealings with him. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The waterheater kept coming on and was very noisy. It was eventually switched off at 3am, needless to say we got very little sleep. It was very much overpriced and certainly not value for money |

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean facility Our bathroom was located outside of our room. The staff explained that was the reason the room was so inexpensive. No where on their website did it state that the bathroom was located somewhere else. I would not have booked it. The shower handle fell off in my husbands hand, and would not go back on. We notified the staff who told us we could shower in a completely different room. We finally convinced them to let us just use the new room altogether. Such a mess!! |

Price and location. Close to city centre and bus stop at door. Hotel is a bit worn down, and stair squeeks. No elevator to some floors. |
