- Friendly staff - Breakfast - Room - big, clean, with kitchen Would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Comfortable bed, location, breakfast, parking, friendly staff.

Sauna box in the room, wall lampshade was damaged, missing light in wardrobe, net curtains on the window as is at street level.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was good and had variety. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The Guesthouse is quite a long walk to the sights and attractions, but we love walking so it is not a problem.

The rooms are small and not enough counter space to set toiletries in the bathrooms.

The staff were very friendly and the accomodation was v clean and comfortable . The buffet breakfasts were awesome , brilliant selection and all freshly prepared .Spoiled for choice doesnt even begin to describe it :)

Breakfast included in the price but not possible to have it before 7am the departure day No one in the house at this hour to ask something anyway! Location far from city centre No ATM open nearby early in the morning if you need cash for the airport bus! Very expensive compared to the service

The staff went out of their way to help when I had injured myself and when our ferry was delayed, and were always friendly and charming. The house itself was a pleasure to be in and the breakfasts were great. Thanks to everybody!

shower difficult - cramped space with intrusive shower furniture and temperature controls were unresponsive (pressure? load on usage?) Room was clean but a used towel remained in lift for duration of stay (24 hours) breakfast was rather perfunctory

Close to the city centre, within walking distance. Good, clean bedrooms. Lots of choice for breakfast and very good value.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The location was excellent. The breakfast was sufficient and the guide to the optimum time to attend breakfast was very helpful. The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch as was the sauna. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this guest house to others.

Its location is great and very convenient for the express airport bus. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

It's probably a little dated but this is just an observation. The staff were very helpful and friendly except one member of staff was a little too smart with some of his comments for example: I enquired re the times of the airport bus and got the response that he didn't know as he didn't drive them!!

We had a misunderstanding with our reservation but they corrected it/apologized at check out.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, car parking.

Bit awkward to find entrance to car-park, anyone with a car should be given a map showing how to locate carpark.
