The room was small but lovely, with a balcony, coffee & tea, ironing board, hair dryer, clock radio, TV, and chocolates on the pillow - a good value for the money and an enjoyable walk to all the sights of Dublin. |

Very good location and convienient to the airport coach. Staff friendly and the guesthouse was clean. The continental breakfast was more then a continental breakfast, very good. I was not a normal tourist as I was in Dublin for medical reasons and the hospital I attended was literally 5 minutes away. A very small thing. The single room I had had the tv on a shelf and you had to sit on the edge of the bed without backrest to be able to see it. I moved the bedside table so that | could push the bed against the wall in order to get back support. This could easily be fixed by putting the tv on a vall bracket in front of the bed instead of on a shelf on the side of the bed. |

- Location & Price combination. - Away from noisy city center - 5 to 10 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green - 15 minutes to city center - Parking ... on-stie parking is difficult to find and street parking is limited |

The room was very comfortable, and was around 15 to 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Despite being on a main road, it was quite quiet. The staff were not friendly, and advertised a breakfast that was not available when we asked. |

The bed was very good, the room was big enough, and the bathroom have a Sauna device. The location was also good, near the Aircoach Bus Stop and Wild Wicklow Tour Bus Stop. Very noisy outside. The rooms are in close to a road and bridge. The bathroom was outside the room, and that was not referred. |

the close proximity to the city centre and the transport links were regular too, i appreciated that we were shown two rooms and given the opportunity to upgrade which we did at a reasonable cost, the room was lovely, very spacious and had a small kitchen too, very useful considering that our baggage was lost by the airline, we were able to wash our clothes using the washer/dryer that was available... |

That the hotel was close to the city center. The breakfast monday wasn't satisfying. They were short of many things - perhaps due to the bank holiday. Monday morning we asked the hotel staff to order a taxi to the airport. However they forgor to tell us about a marathon, that meant, that the taxi was unable to drive to the hotel. |

The arríval to hotel was excellent: the receptionist asked if we would like to upgrade the room by paying 35 euros and that we did. The location is good: a bus from airport (746) has a stop near the hotel and walking distance to city center is appr. 10 minutes (when walking through St. Stephen's Green park). There was some sort of a boiler next to the bed (in a closet, which was locked!!) and it turned on every day at 6 am and 10 pm.) The noise was really bad and it was impossible to sleep while it was on and thus I would recommend to use good ear plugs... The cleaning was not efficient every day. The breakfast is good, but you need to be there before 9, otherwise the selection is very much... |

The facilities- jacuzzi and sauna- and the view over Grand Canal. we also appreciated the close distance to city centre. The temperature in the room was to high (29 degrees centergrade) and not possible to adjust and the waterpump placed in a closet was extremely noisy. |

location was relatively convienient we were offered a smaller but quieter room at the top of the hotel, because the room they said had been assigned was a noisy ground floor room. We were charged an extra 20€ for this. |

The location Impossible to sleep with the noise created by some plumbing or machine in the room. Hotel took absolutely no responsibility for this and would not respond to complaint in person, by phone or email. They clearly have no interest in repeat business. |

The beds were very comfortable Our room was located under main entry floor. Every morning we heard the breakfast staff cleaning up. After 1 shower there was no more hot water for the remaining family members. |

The hotel was relatively inexpensive compared to others in Dublin. It is also directly on the bus line. Another plus is a shuttle runs from the airport to the hotel every 15-20 minutes. Oh, and the shower was awesome. The room was very small. Tiny even. Also there is no room service and no thermostat in the room. The staff however was great and didn't mind turning up the heat. This would probably become an issue if the weather is very cold or very hot as there's no way to regulate the temperature of the room. |

The hotel was very homely and the person on the desk was extremly friendly. when we arrived he asked if we had visited dublin before and gave us a map and pointed out all the best sites in the area. The room was clean. The only thing that was slightly wrong with the room was that we could hear everything the people in the next room were saying. also, we were told before we went that their was a chance that their would not be any natural light in the room because it was in the basement. the room was abit dim but we expected it to be so it was fine. |
