The location was very good, the airbus from the airport stops just out side. And it was a 5min walk to Grafton Street. The shower was not very good, hard to turn on and off. The staff on reception are not very friendly. We were on the top floor so lots of stairs to climb which is a nightmare if you have large bags. |

The Leeson Inn Downtown was centrally located, only a 10/15 minute walk to the shopping centre. A bit further to the Temple Bar area. We stayed for 2 nights, the first night was very noisy! Second night not too bad. Our room was small but ok for our 2 night stay. Shower needed a clean! Reception needed a refurb. |

Staff were helpful and polite and luggage was able to be left prior to booking in. Breakfast was always good. Room always clean. Having to climb four stories without a lift made even more difficult for me as I have metastatic breast cancer which is affecting my lung and spine. |

I booked on the understanding that there would be free parking but this was only provided when i made clear that without it i would have to reconsider staying at the hotel. This was quite disappointing. Also, one of the staff members did not have the level of english i would have expected. |

The room as very clean, as was the bathroom. Even though I stayed in a room on the ground floor, it was well insulated so not too noisy. It's very, very central, but still in a quiet location. |

The bed was comfortable and clean The shower door was a very poor standard. The window was dangerous as it opened completely upwards. |

Location is OK but that is the only thing OK. Room was given for 2 but luckily I was only 1 : it was very small, there was no chair, no table, only the bed ! The bathroom was very small too : shower, toilet and handwash basin (no more) in 2 sq meters. It was very noisy (room on the street, even if I'd asked for a quiet room when booking) and cold because no double windows : you had the feeling that you were sleeping in the street ! I had special offer for Sunday night but at the normal price, this hotel is definetely too expensive for what it is. Lack of basic maintenance (rusty shower, light bulb KO, ...). Staff is polite but no more. |

Location is excellent. Free carpark (though very small) also very good for it's location. Staff very friendly. On the website it said that there were designer toiletries in the bathroom but this was certainly not the case. All there was was one small bottle of 'regular' hotel shampoo and one bar of soap. |

Unfortunately I cannot say much about the Leeson Inn as when we arrived, they told us that the room had a problem with its electricity and heat and they booked us into another B&B just around the corner, the Kilronan House where we had a most lovely stay. Nevertheless, the receptionist was very friendly and gave us a plan for Dublin and everything we needed. |

I thought the hotel was lovely and clean, and very cosy. The rooms are very modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to know how to get to ashbourne and the staff found out the bus we needed to take and gave us a map showing were to catch the bus from. We were very happy with the hotel and the service provided. The prices per night were affordable. Will definately recommend this hotel to my friends and family who will be visiting dublin and will definately stay there again. I would score this hotel 10 out of 10. |

The location is close to pub and other tourist sites in Dublin. The noise could be too much for some and the bathroom had some mold. |

Excellent central location close to Grafton St. Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice cooked breakfast and there was also lots of cereals, juices etc available. Shower in bathroom could have been cleaner. Shower door was broken and didn't close which meant the floor was wet. But that is really the only downside. Staff were happy to look into the problem when I pointed it out on leaving. |

Nice reception waiting area, but no facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are nice double height ceiling with big windows. Asked for non smoking. Was informed all rooms are all smoking, the room I was in really smelled bad. Asked for air freshener, none available. Not enough storage for more than an overnight stay. Radiator fitting on wall but no radiator! |

I really liked the location of this hotel. You can take the air coach from Dublin airport to this inn and the air coach will drop you off right in front of it. Although, keep in mind that the air coach does cost I thin 9 euros each way. So it is not a free shuttle, but the air coach runs 24 hours a day. After a long flight and getting in really late, it is well worth it to pay the money to get to your place fast. I also really liked the look of this inn. It was very cute and had a lot of personality as opposed to a big sterile hotel. Safe neighborhood too. Close to city center and shopping! The shower was really hard to work. I had to ask or help a few times to figure out how to get it to go on. But the staff was really helpful and kind! |
