Beds were really comfortable and it has a good distance to the city centre. The staff in the morning was not very friendly. However, the girl in the afternoon ware very nice. |

Rooms small but nicely furnished and hotel in great location. Parking a bonus but limited if hotel busy. A later checkout time would have been better especially as the hotel is not a big one and I see no need to check out so early (11.00am). A small quibble really as I had a good stay there. I noted there was a nightclub in the basement but it was not operating the night I stayed so had a great quite nights sleep in the heart of Dublin. Could be an issue if in full swing though. |

I dont suppose you will use this review but I was disappointed by the poor appearance of the hotel when I entered. The reception featured peeling woodwork and smelled of something unidentifiable. The carpet was stained and dirty. This hotel was described as a 'boutique hotel' of which I had a completely different idea of the meaning. |

The pictures looked really good, when the hotel itself was dirty. I am not clean freak but it needed a bloody good scrub in the rooms and bathroom. The facilites are limited and the wifi was not workign either. Not recommened. |

The hotel was clean, attractive and comfortable. I was able to walk all over downtown Dublin for a great day visit. I didn't stay for breakfast because of an early flight. |

Courteous and very helpful staff, comfortable rooms, best showers of any place we have stayed in Ireland, excellent location for access to various Dublin sights and attractions that we like. We did not eat there, so can't comment on their breakfasts. |

staff very friendly, the guy on the reception desk at night very patiently helped to direct me through the streets of Dublin in a car when I got lost. He did a wonderful job. I had room 103. It is very...compact |

Good location and the room was not horrible. Considering the price the room was adequate. However, if you are used to perfect hotel rooms you will be shocked. Its fine for a one night stay but thats all. There is no parking or internet!!!! False advertising on their part. They say availible, by which they mean go for a long walk in the city and you'll find it. Room was old and in need of repair. Check out the leeson bridge hotel down the street. Much nicer and great ammenities. |

20 mins walk to city centre. Since we had a EUR 48 a room offer is was good value for money. Very homely. WiFi signal not strong in room so we had to go to the lobby to connect. There were ants on the breakfast table and we had to ask for teaspoons. Rooms on the smaller side |

Value, cleanliness, comfort, location and accommodating staff. Which is what I look for in a hotel----I don't need a newspaper at my door or fancy furnishings or room service. I liked the use of color combinations in the rooms, the upgrade of the bathrooms, reading lights and the breakfast room was really nice. I have read reviews on TripAdvisor criticizing this hotel, often severely and in my opinion unfairly. That is why I posted my own there (check it out!). I truly do not know what these people expect of a hotel of this type and for the price. There was not anything I particularly did not like----front desk folks could be a little friendlier, but they were certainly helpful |

Excellent location just by St.Stephen's Green. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Grafton Street/Dawson Street. Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful! Would recommend this place for a city break with friends! |

Fairly good location for sightseeing the rest of Dublin - but terrible hotel Tiny bedrooms - no radiators, tiny bathrooms - huge damp patch in corner of the room, smell of dampness. condensation filled sash and case windows which meant you had to sleep with the window open. No ventilation, no main light so had to scramble into room in dark to switch bedside lamps on. Noisy pipework and plumbing. Overall a disappointment. |
