The staff was great and helped us to book journeys out of town. We were in walking distance of everything in town. The room was confortable and clean. We didn't have wi-fi in the room, but had to go to the reception and the view from our room wasn't great.

Stanza ben organizzata, hotel nelle vicinanze di tutti I quartieri ed ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. - Very organized room, hotel situated near all the neighbourhoods and very good relation quality/price. Stanza un po' piccola, coperte troppo corte, piccoli spifferi d'aria dall'esterno della finestra. - Room was a lil' bit tiny, covers too much short, little draughts from the outside.

The hotel really is close to the city center. Rooms are basic, floors are creaking, and the rooms facing Leeson Rd are unbelievably noisy.

Location is good. Don't waste your money you will not enjoy dublin staying here Rooms are more like a box, the radiator was ripped of the wall, the TV did not work and every night I felt like I was sleeping with my neighbours.......I could here everything from the rooms next door and I mean EVERYTHING!!! The leeson lodge hotel just down the road on upper leeson st is so much better.

TThe only good thing that l can say about this hotel is its location.I Found the room to small, to warm,to noisey and just a bad experiance. The breakfast was a total discrace Tesco value ham still in the packet on the table choclate powder in an open bowl l think that it must have been drinking choclate, cant say what other food was laid out on the table as I had seen enough, left and got breakfast elsware.

Nothing, It was the most disappointing room I have ever stayed in. The room was pokey and dirty. The shower was a health hazard. I could have contracted legionnaires disease from the filthy shower. I felt that the pictures online did not match the rooms that were allocated to us.

Constance was very attentive and helpful. The hotel was very central and the room was very warm. We had a lovely view from our Georgian window onto the Georgian doors on the streets below. Parking is only a few meters away and not expensive. Thank you

Very good value for money considering its location. Good for single person, but double room for two would have been cramped. Close proximity to nightclubs meant noise all night, so not recommended at weekends for peace and quiet.

How close it is to the town easy walking distance. They did take the effort to accommodate us with our room situation which worked out in our favour. did really enjoy our stay here and would definatly go back but only as a single group. Quite loud in the nights, we were young and out ourselves but would have been annoyed if i was with my child or wanted a quite place to stay. could be a bit cleaner.

The location it's great! The wifi doesn't work in the rooms. The rooms are not very clean. Apart from that there is not soap in the bathroom. There is no lift, so if you are a heavy person I would keep looking for another hotel. At night you can hear all the music from the night clubs next door to the hotel....Well I think that's all.

The hotel is besides a Night Club and the noise was loud and terrible.. many reject the room after a night stay. I am just hanging there as I need to work on some personal matter. otherwise will do the same So there is nothing I like about except the location The noise from the Night Club. All the stuff said was ..it is an noisy area .. as Leeson Street is an noisy street ? Sound proof window/door The Noise actually lasted till 500 am ?

Good hotel ,I found it good for locaition and excellent price compare to others ,clean and the staff was freindly and very helpful, I had to change my room because the wi fi internet was not reaching my room to another one which internet is good and the staff was very helpful and understanding to solve this problem, overall I can say it is good . The Wi Fi internet in the room where I was staying not reaching. I stayed 4 days in a room i could not get connected to the Wi Fi internet which delayed some of my work and make my stay unconfortable, but to be honest the staff was very helpful and they changed me to another room with internet was very good connection. no left i had to cary my suitcase to the upper floor.

It was very, very cheap. Very good location, clean rooms with modern interior. Rooms not large, but we didn't expect them to be. You could hear the wind and the traffic through the windows, so if you are a light sleeper this might bother you.. We didn't mind though!

Great location, great price. Very accessible to downtown Dublin. The inn itself was great, no complaints there. However, there is a nightclub a few doors down the street, and when it closes around 2am a lot of noisy clubbers fill the streets. Both nights there we were woken up. I would stay there again, but would bring earplugs.
