Estar bem localizado e ter o Aircoach de e para o aeroporto a 20 metros. Considero que devem ser considerados os pedidos feitos no acto da reserva. Nesta, feita há muito tempo pedira-se um quarto nos primeros andares o que não foi atendido. Ficámos no 4º andar sem elevador, o que dificultou bastante os meus problemas de saúde, não tendo havido qualquer sensibilidade no hotel para uma mudança, quando havia clientes que diáriamente saíam de andares mais baixos. |

Saturday night there was a pub in full party mode right below us. Just a note for those of you who can't sleep through noise. I is 35 minutes away from the airport using the air coach bus you can catch just two doors down. |

I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the room for such a modest price. Granted the building was old and a little tattered, but the bedding was crisp and white as were the towels and the bed was very comfortable. The location is central and very convenient for our needs. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is the perfect spot for those who intend to spend their time out and about in Dublin and just need a place to put their heads down at night. Many of the reviews I read before booking made me leery of taking a chance with this hotel, but I am glad that I did. I think it has been unfairly compared to hotels in another class entirely and for my money I now have a new destination in Dublin! |

Location Location Location...superb for city viti for eiher daytime access to schopping area or nite ime access to theatres and concerts. For a solo occupant the room was brilliant. Though small, it had everyting and made good use of space. Decor and furnsihings were excellent. Room abd bathroom cleanliness without fault (and I always check for fluff under the beds!!) Breakfast was very good and he dining room was bright and airy. The foyer/reception is a non-funcioning area. Whilst the space is here it needs to be re-workded a little to create an area where guests could sit with morning papers. There is no lift which could be a problem for some people. The stairways, access corridors and landings are a little gloomy (few pictures throughout would help) , |

24h service, bus connection to airport operating the shower needed too much strenght, turning the damn valve was so tough it hurt. the inner window in the rom did not close, which led to noice from the street. |

Beds were really comfortable and it has a good distance to the city centre. The staff in the morning was not very friendly. However, the girl in the afternoon ware very nice. |

Rooms small but nicely furnished and hotel in great location. Parking a bonus but limited if hotel busy. A later checkout time would have been better especially as the hotel is not a big one and I see no need to check out so early (11.00am). A small quibble really as I had a good stay there. I noted there was a nightclub in the basement but it was not operating the night I stayed so had a great quite nights sleep in the heart of Dublin. Could be an issue if in full swing though. |

I dont suppose you will use this review but I was disappointed by the poor appearance of the hotel when I entered. The reception featured peeling woodwork and smelled of something unidentifiable. The carpet was stained and dirty. This hotel was described as a 'boutique hotel' of which I had a completely different idea of the meaning. |

girl at the staff very friendly room Nr. 102 really too small and directly on the main street : very noisy ! it seemed to be sleeping on the street . ( .. by lucky I am a night-life lover ... ) . advice : do not take this room and if possible do not book this hotel ! |

The pictures looked really good, when the hotel itself was dirty. I am not clean freak but it needed a bloody good scrub in the rooms and bathroom. The facilites are limited and the wifi was not workign either. Not recommened. |

The hotel was clean, attractive and comfortable. I was able to walk all over downtown Dublin for a great day visit. I didn't stay for breakfast because of an early flight. |
