Wir waren auf unserer Irland-Rundreise für 2 Nächte im Maldron Galway und hatten ein Vierbettzimmer. Preis war sehr günstig. Schönes Schwimmbad; haben wir aber nur von aussen gesehen, weil meine erwachsenen Kinder sich weigerten eine Badekappe zu tragen. Hotel für Durchreisende, die nicht viel ausgeben wollen und nicht lärmempfindlich sind, ok. Zustellbett war sehr unbequem und knatschte. (wir hatten eigentlich mit zwei Doppelbetten gerechnet). Räume sehr hellhörig. Kinder rannten bis 24.00 Uhr über den Flur. Blick aus dem Fenster (3. Etage) auf einen Glascontainer, Lärmbelästigung durch Einwurf von Glasbehältern . Wir waren allerdings nur 2 Nächte dort und selten im Zimmer, außerdem sind wir nicht sehr geräuschempfindlich, deshalb ließ es sich aushalten. |

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war optimal. Genau die richtige Größe für ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer. Gute Verpflegung mit Bar und Restaurant. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. |

Very convenient for the airport, which was the purpose of our stay. It has pool / spa / gym which is good, although we did not have time to enjoy them. It was comfortable enough for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful which we appreciated. Extractor fan in bathroom was filthy. Overall cleanliness could have been a little higher. Food in dining room was nothing exceptional, but perhaps we are difficult to cater for. |

The staff were extremely nice and friendly, more so than other places I have stayed. The only thing I did not like was the heat, it was way too warm so much o I turned off the radiator and opened all windows on a miserable day in October |

Comfortable, clean & spacious room.Friendly staff especially at reception. Had evening meal in restaurant. Disappointed with quality of steak which 3 out 4 ordered. Seemed as if it had been cooked for some time before serving. The fact that 5euro extra was being charged for an 8oz steak was way ott. Breakfast was very good but would like porridge to be readily available as a choice. |

This hotel was extremely good value. It's close to Galway city (about 8km) and the staff at the hotel were very helpful. Room was cleaned well everyday and the extra of a leisure centre at this rate was great. We didn't eat in the restaurant so I can't comment on that. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. €9.50 for breakfast seems a little high. |

friendly staff ,good food,room clean and spacious,liesure centre clean,quiet and relaxing. a pleasent experience in general. the hotel room had no aircon and was quite warm at night.unfortunatly when the windows were opened it was noisy as the hotel is right beside a roundabout and dualcarrigeway. |

Extremely child friendly. All staff very friendly at all times. Fantastic food. Lots of little extra little touches. Nothing a hassle. Lovely time. Would definitely stay there the next time were in Galway if the rates are good |

Rooms were really clean, staff were very friendly. Only max 10 min drive to city centre. Try the burger in the bar food menu - delicious! Its not a bad thing but there was a lot of kids! With the cinema and games place across the road, its ideal for a family hol - but not so much if you just want a romantic get away. Although we were there in school holidays. |

Very comfortable fantastic food at night and in morning big pool cinema 100yarda across road and bowling v clean 5-10 minutes from city but out of hussle and bussle overall a great location Residence bar was small and too open not suitable for private or quiet drink |

I had an excellent pasta meal in their restaurant Our group had 3 rooms all of which were disgusting. You could see dust on the walls, one room had what looked like boogars all over the walls. I have slept in such a disgusting hotel as far as cleanliness. The hotel is not in Galway as it leads you to believe- it is in a small suburb outside of galway next to a movie theater and nothing else. It was a 15 minute cab ride to galway city center. They do have a pool but you are not told of many extra costs associated with the pool such as you have to wear swim caps which they will sell you. Who brings a swim cap with them?1? |
