The hotel was very comfortable and very family friendly. They had supervised children's room where the kids could play video and other games and even had a movie night. It was a bit removed from the village and breakfast was not included in the standard room rate.

Good room, clean and tidy, free wi-fi, tea & coffee. Food available was nice and staff were very friendly. Pool, sauna, steam room all ok and free towel provided. Bus stop 8 min walk from hotel, is only 15 mins into Galway and only costs 3 Euros (not all that often though). Taxi back is around 15 E. Location isn't ideal but not really a problem.

I was heading to the Galway Clinic in the morning so it was ideal. There's a cinema, kids bouncy place and bowling alley across the street from it. The kids loved the pool also

I have to say we have an 11mth old baby and I didnt feel one bit under pressure if she kicked up. There was a great family atmosphere in the hotel and the staff where excellent in accommodating for kids. I just think that it is a bit too far out for Galway City and Salthill where we had friends stay and since travelling from Dundalk we had to use the car all the time we were there!

Clean room friendly staff good food I ordered the steak which was quiet small there was also an additional charge of €5.00 for the the steak. which I deemed unfair I raised this when was checking out and was told that was hotel policy,in the current climate it seems that Irish hotels are still unwilling to price according to peoples budgets

The hotel staff were really friendly, the hotel was fantastic value for money, the pool was great for the children and the room was fantastic, it was huge. We will be going back in the summer for another short break The only small complaint would be the state of the equipment in the children play room. Everything was broken or in a bad state of repair

Children were happy with the use of the pool and food was good. I had to ask for a clean blanket for the childrens bed and the throw cushions were filthy. The standard of cleaning was unacceptable, I even had to clean the bath before having a shower.

As a family with 3 older children, the pool, games room and adjacant cinema ensured we had an action filled value for money stay. Due to the restaurant being closed we had dinner in the bar, which was very busy. It lacked a positive dining experience.

Staff are very friendly, excellent location for family with children because of the leisure complex and cinema across the road, swimming pool is wonderful and the games room as well. Breakfast was lovely Some of the equipment in the games room was broken or old, the singer in the pub on Saturday night was awful and the music was too loud.
