It was great that i could enjoy the pool with the kids ans all!!!!!!!!!!!!! were great with the kids, didnt even book in when one of the girls gave them colouring books.Really set up fof kids, didnt use the room off the bar but yet again great if you wanted a drink. sorry about this but i had two kids with me and the heating wasnt on so i had to ring to get it turned on, dont think i had to do this as my booking said that i had the kids with me and the night was very cold. |

The "can do" attitude of the all the staff. Very helpful, friendly and professional. I think maybe the entrance to the car park could have a bigger sign, I was tired and overshot it and was a little confused. |

Yes Truck unloading kegs at 7.30am was not very welcome, nor was the drilling at 9am! I understand ye are undergoing renovations but it is a hotel and perhaps these actions could be done at a later time in the day |

location was central with cinema, bowling and recreation for the kids across the road Yes, when it was the quality breakfast was included in the price. Maldron is a bit dearer a with less value for money. They are loosing out on bussiness as i had all meals outside of hotel |

Yes, both nights we were kept awake by children running up and down corridor. Had to ask them to keep it down as I had my 20 month old daughter with us and she did not go to sleep until almost 11 both nights, which meant she was tired next days. Also breakfast was not included which I had assumed would be. (Booking online). |

The childrens club was great and allowed us to relax without the children The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was not enough shower gel for 5 of us and no body lotion. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable |

It was a family holiday and the hotel was very child friendly which automatically made my stay more relaxing! |
