The lady on reception was so helpful, she couldnt have been more helpful.

Didnt realise they didnt serve breakfast.

Nothing to dislike

The staff were efficient and friendly and the place was quiet and clean.

Helpful and friendly staff with a great atmosphere. Food was good. Nice bedroom.

This accomodation probably conforms to the legal requirement to call itself a 'Hotel', but is, in every respect, a Public House with rooms above it, with no breakfast facillities. Inadequate response to rowdy guests (Hen/Stag parties). If I had known that they catered for such people I would not have gone there.

A traditional country town inn. Great staff, good food, clean, good value. Did exactly what it said in the tin! Would stay here again when around.

I realize we were going for inexpensive but we got so much less than just a good price. There was a hole in the wall, the window wouldn't shut, a light blinked all night from a business across the street, the floors creaked so badly it sounded like the people next door were in our room.... I could go on and on. I'm not hard to please but this room was the worst room we had in our entire trip.

This is not a hotel The walls are paper thin and the floor creeks in every room. The staff knocked on our door at 11 at night and 10 in the morning, disturbing our sleep. This is merely a few rooms on the top of a small pub. it is also not in carrack on shannon but in leitrim town

It is a pub hotel. There was a lot of noise and the rooms were not that well insulated.

The room was cold and looked run down..for the price a cooked breakfast should have been included.

ice cold room no breakfast available walls like card board noise all night from other guests our room baccked onto kitchen banging of plates till late smoking area outside our window heavy door kept banging anytime a person went in or out fire alarm goin nof for 2hours some drunk tried to get into our room at 4am. Our room was at the enterance to other rooms so everyone had to go past it. Couple upsatirs nearly put the roof in on us with their antics if we got an hours sleep that was all we got. apart from that it was "Great" haha. please dont advertise it as a hotel it is only a b and b without the 2nd b.

The old style country charm of the hotel, family run and very welcoming. Good bar food and a hot fire on a cold, miserable night!

the duvet covers were stained. the room smelled of damp. no toiletries in the bathroom. how it can be called a hotel when they dont serve breakfast. could hear everything going on in the other rooms. the only good thing about staying here was the location.

Lovely simple hotel. Provided all our needs. Comfortable and great value. Very friendly staff.

Unfortunately there was no food available. But this was due to the time of year and totally understandable. No complaints.
