Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and all freshly prepared. Great value. This would be my first choice of accommodation if staying in Dundalk again

The apartment was excellent with all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. There is parking at back but there is only enough spaces for a few cars. The lady that works there (I think her name was Inta) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. The location is excellent and walking distance from the town centre. I will definitely be staying again. It is also very homely and welcoming with a more personal feel than the larger hotels.

The breakfast could have had black and white pudding but this really is a very minor thing.

    Clean, nice

We woke up at 10 and there was no staff in the b&b. no breakfast, had to open the gates and leave. A bit strange, other than that all was good

breakfast exceptional, bed was gigantic, very helpful landlady who's hospitality knew no bounds. Off road parking. decent lighting. Very close to town centre, nice pubs and eating out places

no iron, in house land line phone or hair dryer, but probably would have got all if asked. timings for 'door closing' a little confusing when explained but ok in end - if you return to b and b and cirtain times you need your door cards to get in, but rather be safe than sorry

It was very clean and centrally located .

There are several flights of stairs and the room we were staying in didn't have a proper window only an escape glass door that you couldn't let open at night for air .

The woman who runs the place is the kindest person we have encountered at a hotel/B&B/etc in a long time. When we arrived, our family room was on the top floor, and was much too warm for my family (who like to sleep with the windows open throughout the winter). We asked for help, and she moved us to two lower rooms which were much cooler. She was kind throughout our time there, and seemed genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with our stay. The included "traditional Irish breakfast" is made-to-order and delicious with french-pressed coffee and the best over-easy eggs we had on our whole trip!

Cons - One of the rooms smelled a bit off... It was perhaps a smoking room? -The town of Dundalk is nothing special as far as we could see. We were there over Easter Break and nothing was open, but the neighboring town of Carlingford is AMAZING with ruins, quaint antique shops and pubs, and a beautiful seaside (and much more expensive hotel options, so you can save a buck and sleep in Dundalk).

all good, location perfect, just no code for wifi in room and nobody answer phone on nighttime, so can not use net. But it was just a small issue. Warm, clean, tea, biscuits etc , great place to stay for overnight during traveling in business.

The location was great was close to our friends house and function room as it was my partners god daughters christening

When we arrived we had to stand and wait in the hall for 30 min before any staff member appeared which they weren't even in the b&b. once the owner came or whoever she was she didn't greet herself and say her name. She wakes right past me an my partner as if we weren't even there. Finally she came back and demanded the money from us which I thought was rude as yet she still hasn't said who she was or even ask my name for the booking. Once we paid we were showen are room. All I can say is yes it was clean but if I wasn't busy that weekend I would of happily painted all the walls which were all mould ! There was no h
