Superb decor, extremely well kept, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return to this hotel one day.The price that we got with your special offer induced us to book and stay for a night, otherwise we had intended to return to Dublin the same night. |

Lismore is a very quaint and pretty town. The staff were excellent, and the food good. .. Bar food expensive for what it was |

Cosy, tastefully decorated rooms in a beautifully restored period building, stunning view from bedroom, staff were incredibly genuine and accommodating, good choice of dishes in restaurant and bar, food was excellent, warm atmosphere, price very reasonable for the quality of food and accommodation. Would highly recommend this hotel. |

staff all very helpful and polite. Sunday evening meal excellent value for money. Sunday evening disco until early hours of the morning, noise carried up to the bedrooms. |

The bed was most comfortable! The room we stayed in was at the front of the hotel and did not have any type of pull down shade or curtain for privacy in the bathroom. Anyone could see into the bathroom at night and that was very uncomfortable for us. We ended up using towels on the windows for privacy. Simply adding a pulldown shade under the sheer window treatments would add the privacy needed. |

We arrived late at night 1 30 am, Night Porter on Duty (Colin)was most proffesional and helpful organised room service ,booked us in quickly and a great attitude. Water supply was rather brown but believe this is common in Lismore esp after heavy rainfall |

Nice location in town. Had breakfast in the dining room overlooking beautiful Lismore Castle down the street. Friendly dining room staff. Nicely decorated room. Quite spacious. Nice bar-great fish and chips with mushy peas. Great directions from desk staff. They knew my mother was in a wheelchair when we reserved the room. We were in an upstairs room, through two sets of doors, down narrow hallway, and then down several steps- with a wheelchair. We were directly above the bar on Saturday night with LOUD music until 2AM. Awful smell of mold/mildew- glad we're not allergic. |

The staff are very friendly and helpful and when I rang to see if it would be possible to check in early as we were attending a wedding there was no problem |

The location was great, right in the centre of town and we had a lovely view of the park We had problems with our shower which we notified the hotel about, it was quite disappointing. The access to rooms was also a little confusing at time, a maze of corridors and breakfast was a little undercooked. |

My room was comfortable and well-appointed Breakfast service was unacceptably slow. Having waited for almost 30 minutes for my breakfast to arrive, I had to leave without being served as I had an appointment elsewhere. The Manager on Reception stated this did not usually happen. |

Lovely welcoming, friendly staff. Excellent food and room. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Shower was either too hot or cold. Eventually it wouldn't produce any hot water. Music too loud on Friday night. Difficult to converse. |

I enjoyed the quiet location, the ambience of the decor, the comfortable rooms and the excellent choice of food at both breakfast and dinner. The staff were charming and helpful. The door card keys were mostly ineffective and we required the reception staff's help several times to sort this problem out. We are in no way blaming the staff for this, but it was inconvenient and an issue which needs to be addressed. |
