The hotel is fabulous! The staff, the hotel rooms, the bar, the food, everything was excellent. We went especially to avail of the spa and it was fabulous. A very enjoyable weekend break for a group of girls and we will definitely be going back again soon!
The spa is fabulous. The bar and food were great.
The hotel was cold.
Very spacious. Relaxing and comfortable stay.
Room clean and big. Food excellent. Staff friendly
Wi-fi very poor
breakfast selection and bistro selection of foods, hot, well cooked, well presented. All members of staff polite and helpful, a credit to the hotel. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.
No major problem but the room lighting was too dark
Great service, staff, breakfast and GREAT beds. Blackout curtains were so blacky-outy that I slept in thinking it was the middle of the night. Didn't mind one bit. Best nights sleep in ages. Staff couldn't do enough for you.
A little bit pricey. No other problems to mention.
Loved the building from the outside but it lacked warmth of atmosphere on the inside
Advertised as a 4 star spa hotel which sounds fab BUt my children were very very very very disappointed to find that there was no swimming pool...in this day and age lads... Come on... Get real!!!
Conveniently located.Quiet area.Lovely view from room.Very spacious rooms.Top quality& most comfortable beds.Regular breakfast-adequate.Friendly & welcoming staff.Plenty of parking.
Nothing negative to relate.

Hotel was nice and quiet after hours
Everything Great views great food friendly staff great kids club only 20 minutes from galway
Good location and a large free car park
Good size room and plenty of parking space.
The breakfast is generally poor and the bar food could be a lot better. Coach parties seem to get a preference over other guests so the restaurant is generally not available.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Enjoyed the stay have nothing to complain about
The lobby. Reading paper.chatting to other guests and watching comings n goings
Breakfast. Bacon not crispy too much self service
No swimming pool
Enjoyed the hospitality and staff were excellent so we will definitely be returning and may bring some friends with us.
Location was my only downside to the hotel, we had to travel into Galway for the night out and I was not cheap.
