Location was super Stuck in room 40 on top floor and the heat was unbearable. Asked reception staff for a fan as the window hardly opened but they were unable to help. the door of room moved constantly so throughout the night you thought someone was trying to enter the room and you could hear the conversations (and other stuff) very clearly of the people in the room next door. the shower was really dirty but was ok heat and power wise. although this was cheaper than other hotels, there was not a huge difference in price and I would definately pay the little extra to stay elsewhere in the same location next time.

Nothing - its a sh*thole I work in Dublin 3 nights a week and always stay in a hotel. I have stayed in about 20 so far and this has got to be the worst. Here is why: 1. Staff are more interested in eating, either at their desk or in the cafe so you can never find them 2. The entire place smells of fish and is very dirty 3. I got food poisoning from the restaurant 4. The internet does not work even thought you pay 2 euro per hr and they will not refund you. 5 You can here the conversations and everything else in the room above you, below you and on each side of you. The noise outside is also unbearable and my window would not close properly so it was cold too. 6. The floor boards creak sooooo badly, you will be wakened from your sleep 7. I think men bring prostitutes here. 8. The curtains in the room are yellow and the room stinks of smoke. They don't have non smoking rooms. 9. The reason why it is cheap on booking.com is because they will take the entire amount upfront and will no give it back. DONT STAY HERE

The rooms where tiny not even a full size double bed. The windows didn't open. It was dirty and dull. I felt closterfobic in the room. The parking was miles away. Noisy. Smelly. Staff unfriendly. Check out was 11. No facilities to make tea. No drink machines. Would not recommend never stay again. And cancelations policy is not legal.

Locality was excellent. Able to leave cases at hotel on departure day. Easy to get to trams/tours/airport bus/food etc.Temple Bar only 15 min walk away. Had to ask for tea and coffee making facilities to be put into room. No fan available when very hot in room.

The linen & towels were clean. The reception area was very tiny. On arrival there were bags and suitcase being storred in the reception area, which I felt was a fire hazzard.

The central location is the best feature of this hotel. If you are a history buff, it is almost next door to the General Post Office, scene of the 1916 Rebelllion and within a few minutes walk of the major tourist attractions. It is also right next to the 747 Airlink bus stop, or if you would prefer to pay 2.30 euros instead of the six you pay on the Airlink bus, then walk a few yards to the 16a stop. To echo the review by an anonymous Netherlander , beware bedbugs!!! After two nights in room 22, I had been eaten alive by the pesky little critters. A shame, because otherwise, I found the hotel satisfactory. I had read the reviews and knew not to expect luxury. However, one doesn't really expect to be made the subject of a feast by a tribe of bloodsucking parasites when one is on holiday!

The Hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, (see negatives for this). The bathroom was clean and fresh, the bed didn't have a crater, frow where every one else has slept. The sheets and linen was fresh and clean, the duvet was quite warm. The menu in the restaurant was cheap for a 3 course (However we did not eat there). The Hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, if your room is on the front, this is very bad news, unless you like to hear all the night time revellers continually walking up the road all night to the early hours of the morning, actually till about 5 in the morning. Also the front over looks the a very very very busy road, so if its not the revelleres it will be the traffic. The hotel receptionist told me I had booked 1 twin and 1 double when I insisted and confirmed it was 2 twins I had booked. The safe did not work and the only person who had the code was away, so after 3 days we still had not had it fixed.

Good value, centrally located, but still very cheap, clean room, comfy bed and wonderful staff (special thanks to night staff from Morocco), always willing to help and provide all the necessary information. Definitely will go back if I come to Dublin again. Thanks from George from Georgia Guys you should have at least basic, but still free WiFi

Good city centre location. Room dirty. Hairs in the shower tray. No soap in dispensers. Hot tap in the handbasin did not work. Safe didn't work. No tea/coffee making facility in the room.Beds uncomfortable.Room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep at all even with the window opened. When reported to the manager he very arrogantly said the radiator could have been turned down and that I didn't need to be a plumber to do so.Smell from kitchen vent in the room.No information in the room about check out time etc. Breakfast served swimming in grease. No cereal/yogurt option.Just cooked breakfasts. Would not stay in this hotel again.Very unsatisfactory. Certainly would not recommend it to anybody. I have stayed in hostels that had a better standard of cleanliness.

The location was excellent, right in the center of O'connell Street. The staff was very vigilant about people entering the hotel Our room was extremely noisy, the air con unit was right outside the window and on all night. The room was incredibly tiny and 2 suitcases was a tight fit, the tv got 4 channels and only 1 was clear. The room was also very hot and this was in January, thus the open window at night which was no help.

The location is excellent if you're after the shopping and night life Dublin has to offer, which is a lot. Also central to the sights. Staff at reception were super friendly and the cafe has great dinner meals. While the location was awesome, the walls are just way too thin. We had some nights of quiet mixed with nights where we were unfortunately given a performance of a couple in the throws of intimacy and another gentleman who must have either had too much to drink or was experiencing food poisoning - which has to account for the amount of vomitting he did. Strong ear plugs a must!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room cosy and comfortable. We had to request a kettle for our room and a loud banging noise allowed for very little sleep throughout the night, which would put me off staying there again.
