The rooms where tiny not even a full size double bed. The windows didn't open. It was dirty and dull. I felt closterfobic in the room. The parking was miles away. Noisy. Smelly. Staff unfriendly. Check out was 11. No facilities to make tea. No drink machines. Would not recommend never stay again. And cancelations policy is not legal.

Due to some unexpected behavior (flooding of the hotel), we could not check it, but to our surprise Lyams Hotel offered us accommodation in another hotel of a higher standard covering the difference in price, and transportation. The only drawback is that it does not warned us about this situation.

The staff could not have been anymore helpful, they put themselves out to assist whenever possible, the room I stopped in 'clearly a bargain single' was a bit tired but exceptionally clean. Tv didn't work in room, and no one could rectify for the duration of the stay, for late arrivals no opportunity to buy even a bottle of water in the hotel after 10.30 pm.

Price and location are excellent for a city trip Blood stains in pillows No radiator knob present and heating permanently switched on, so the room was incredibly hot.

Great location. Helpful desk staff. Had a lift. Noisey seagulls on roof - as our room was in the eves. The shower could have done with a deep clean (inc the plug hole). Toilet seat broken and toilet cracked.

Location in the central street of Dublin, O'Connell street. Flash deal was only 35 eur per night for single room, which is very good if you only need to sleep after night out.

It' s located in O'connel st, real in the Dublin city center, it has an excellent position. I cought a fantastic offer for the room, so very low price for a single room in the heart of Dublin. I had a lot of trouble before my leaving because of internet: in the room description was written free wifi, instead they wouldn't give me it for free,so two days of mail and phone calling among me, the hotel and the booking staff. Well at the end I got it, but they didn't give tea and coffee facilities, as written in the description. Another negative, was that the room was very very very small and too much forniture inside. Well if you have only to go around the city, no matter at all.

Good value, centrally located, but still very cheap, clean room, comfy bed and wonderful staff (special thanks to night staff from Morocco), always willing to help and provide all the necessary information. Definitely will go back if I come to Dublin again. Thanks from George from Georgia Guys you should have at least basic, but still free WiFi

Good city centre location. Room dirty. Hairs in the shower tray. No soap in dispensers. Hot tap in the handbasin did not work. Safe didn't work. No tea/coffee making facility in the room.Beds uncomfortable.Room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep at all even with the window opened. When reported to the manager he very arrogantly said the radiator could have been turned down and that I didn't need to be a plumber to do so.Smell from kitchen vent in the room.No information in the room about check out time etc. Breakfast served swimming in grease. No cereal/yogurt option.Just cooked breakfasts. Would not stay in this hotel again.Very unsatisfactory. Certainly would not recommend it to anybody. I have stayed in hostels that had a better standard of cleanliness.
