Location was excellent Lots of things - no hot water one night, sink far too small to wash face in.Exposed electrical wires on t.v aerial.Rust in shower, tray filthy,as was plug in sink and underside of sink.Radiator full of dust. One morning breakfast was served with cold beans!. Only one member of staff on most of the time,on occasion 2, but they could not understand english that well. The decor was old, some spindles on staircase were loose. They had 2 bowls underneath a leak in the ceiling (it wasn't even raining). I could go on...... |

It has got a good location. Room was cleaned regularly. We really didn't enjoy the food. Was very simple, and still the same every day.Not a lot of choices. Last 3 day, they didn't even have baked beans. We were quite disapointed about the food. And they also didn't top up shampoo in the bathroom. Thanks |

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff.Whilst breakfast was included in the cost, we never ate in the hotel as we were disappointed about the cleanliness of the room and did not want to chance eating there. |

Everything what you can expect for this value. En-suite rooms which are clean and worm. Excellent hot breakfest, which is prepering by a B&B staff, not by"do it yourself machine". I would strongly recommend it for family stay. Reception isn't open for 24h. |

Room was small but functional. Nice bath in shared bathroom. Not overly friendly staff, and my heating didn't work. |

It was close to the sites of Dublin. Coming into a city with no knowledge of it is quite stressful in itself. We chose this hotel because of location and price. It was a very convenient location from which to spread our wings. |

The breakfast was lovely We were disappointed with the guest house when we arrived, we felt it was over priced for the standard and the whole place needed redecorating! It was also further from the center than it stated. |

The room was nice and clean. The sausages were good! :) There was not always at reception to let guests in - we had to wait nearly half an hour to get in when we were checking in. No secure left luggage room either. Our bags had to be left in the hallway. The staff were not always helpful and friendly. |

The bedding was very fresh and clean. We stayed at the top of the house in twin room no.5. It was in a very run down condition. Mildew on bathroom walls, curtains didnt close properly, loo door would not shut, filthy mugs and generally in need of some tlc. We are vegetarian but no vege-breakfast just cereal and toast! |
