The staff was friendly and trying to help.

I was actually very disappointed with the room, because it was not nearly the room from the page, that I saw, that was neet and modern. I felt cheeted because I would never, ever book the room in such hotel. And to be worse, we payed for it much more, then some other hotels in Ireland that were much beter. The room we got on the top floor was really depressing and poor. It was not at all the room that I booked.

Repeat business. Receptionist went out of his way to help us due to time constraints reagrding check in and actual arrival times

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They stored our bags prior to and after check out while we toured around.

Very difficult to find. Locals don't even seem to realize there are streets, places, avenues, etc all with the same name name. We walked up and down the "Street" asking for help until one b&b said we had to go up the street and take a left on the "Place" and then we found it.

Friendly staff, comfort, good location

Good value - it was about the same price as a single room in a hostel. I was upgraded to a triple room with ensuite, which was nice. Room was clean and had the basics: tv, coffee/tea facilities. Breakfast was decent.

I've stayed here before and noise from the street and other rooms can travel a little. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Also, a small thing: would have been nice if the coffee/tea supplies were replenished when the room was being checked during the day. Juice with breakfast would also be welcome.

Nothing.... But as they say, you get what you pay for

Photos on website were totally misleading, they didn't show the mould and dirt in the room, the broken window and door handles , the total lack of light, the wallpaper peeling from the walls, Added to that, the musty damp smell throughout the hotel and the first time I've stopped in a hotel and had to go out and buy my own towels... I wouldn't dry the dog with the ones they offered (well maybe if he was a very small dog).. The place was filfthy and was very tempted to book elsewhere but timing didn't allow it... Didn't bother with the breakfast for obvious reasons so can't comment on that... The bathroom was just as bad .. dirty walls, mould, grime , broken lights ....just dirty...oh and only lukewarm water from the taps... Maybe I should expect it for 44 euros......... But I'm not so sure .

The whole place was filthy and the staff invisible as well as the rooom being freezing cold and the bed linen in a dreadful condition. The dust and levels of hygiene where dreadful

you were left alone. you were were treated as a guest in a house not as a paying coustomer in a hotel. no one sat at reception an googled every move you made

This guesthouse is the ultimate choice for anyone looking for good accomodation which is really very lowly priced.

It was fairly central

The main bathroom light was not working , the mirror light was not working , the bedside light was not working but flashing. The main bathroom light bulb was replaced after my complaint. The place would be in need of repair and regular cleaning. The male person who served the breakfast does not present well , there is no effort made to look smart. The breakfast menu's were dirty and needed replacement. We received a plate of toast with our breakfast to my shock and horror the bread though toasted was green moulded , I returned this and the person said sorry but did not seem surprised.
