Buona la colazione

Le camere all'ultimo piano sono non particolarmente comode, meglio le altre. Impossibile pagare con la carta di credito, solo contanti.

Le uniche due cose positive sono state: il buon funzionamento del wifi, la posizione comoda al centro di Galway (10 minuti a piedi)

Estremamente insoddisfatti di questa sistemazione: siamo stati alloggiati in una camera buia a piano terra con porta d'ingresso che dava direttamente sul retro del b&b. Per raggiungere la reception dalla nostra camera bisognava passare dal retro cortile e attraverso la sala colazioni. Colazione non compresa nel prezzo. Rapporto qualità - prezzo per nulla soddisfacente! La pulizia della stanza lasciava a desiderare. Minuscola, impossibile girarsi in due e pure con le valigie. Senza spazi di appoggio, neppure una barra per gli asciugamani!SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è il massimo, ma sembra un problema di tutti gli hotel e b&b di Galway.

Il soggiorno presso Lynfield è stato ottimo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, camera pulitissima, molto luminosa ed accogliente. I letti col materasso alto erano comodissimi e così abbiamo dormito meravigliosamente. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione molto buona e ci sono stai offerti anche dei dolcetti tradizionali fatti in casa veramente deliziosi. La posizione dell'alloggio è perfetta: quartiere tranquillo e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, l'ufficio informazioni turistiche, il centro storico. Avevamo tutto a portata di mano. Consigliamo Lynfield Guesthouse a tutti.

In bagno, i rubinetti del lavandino erano all'inglese, ovvero uno per l'acqua calda e uno per l'acqua fredda, senza miscelatore per regolare la temperatura dell'acqua. La doccia invece era perfetta, dotata di miscelatore.

Camere pulitissime, famiglia accogliente e molto disponibile anche nel offrire info su visite e posti per mangiare. Dal 2013 offriranno anche la colazione.

Lovely family run hotel, nothing was a bother, very friendly and helpful.

We had thought it was a little closer to town however it was really only a 10/15min walk so not a major issue.

The owners were really friendly and nice, it was a short stay but we felt like being not just someone sleeping in one of their rooms, we were warmly received and I got the chance of having a shower in the late afternoon even after checkout, since I ran the connemarathon and I deserved some relax after the race and I was given the chance; I would strongly recommend lynfield guesthouse to anyone wishing to visit galway and the surroundings

This is a very friendly, family run B&B. Although we were leaving before the usual breakfast time, Trish was more than willing to accommodate us and prepare breakfast for us. The room was nice with a very cosy bed and perfect to relax in after a long day on a tour. Together with the excellent location, I would gladly stay there again.

Hi everyone. Just like to thank the host very much for beein very friendly nd nice to us. Rooms very well mentenided very warm and clean. Close distance to town and great value of money.

Everything! The room was clean and big! The staff was friendly and the breakfast tasty! The situation is great, just few minutes to the city center on foot. I recommend this B&B, you won't be desappointed !

Was put in a cramped family room in rhe attic which had 3 beds in & we had booked a double.. Every time some one used the water we could hear it re-filling in the tanks.. Mix match bedding.. Room a little cold... Holes in our towels.. Bed side lamp not working.. Socks in the drawers from previous guests.. No remote for tv.. Dirty mirror in wardrobe.. Think we were put in this room because we were young & mayb they tought we wouldn't notice any of the above..

The location is near to Galway train and bus station. The comfortable room.

May be the high cost of ireland breakfast.

Family-run, very friendly & helpful. Check-in possible till late. Easy 15 min. walk to town center. Small carpark - we were lucky to find a spot there, if you don't, parking is somewhat difficult. Free wifi.

Bathroom looked dirty - probably wasn't actual dirt but so many chipped pieces and permanent stains that it was rather uninviting. Poor light in the bedroom. Room next to the entrance door so a little noisy.

We had a lovely week end in the Lyndfield b&b with my girlfriend. Trish is welcoming with her guests, the breakfast is really good and namely the scones are delicious. I would recommend the Lyndfield Guesthouse to anyone. Enjoy!

Warm reception by friendly landlord and -lady. Good room and great (in all senses of the word) breakfast.

Absolute kip. Maybe I was relegated to the pit of the house and although I'm very easily pleased, how a place can charge €70 for the joke of a "room" I was given is beyond me. I don't stay in b and b's very often but usually find them great.......this is enough to put you off for life though. Horrible

The location of the place, at 5 minutes from the center of Galway, and the gentleness of the owner.

It was a very very small and not tidy room, bed issued strange noises, things looked not perfectly cleaned.

The location was excellent and the owners were lovely. The bed was also the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

Although the double room was beautiful and well-kept, it was quite small. There was no chair so we had to eat our snacks (i.e. oranges and biscuits) either on the bed or in the ensuite which wasn't ideal. Otherwise though, it was great!
