A well appointed hotel situated in the centre of the Wicklow mountains national park making it a good base for walking and sightseeing in this magnificent part of the country. The food was good, particularly the traditional Irish stew and the staff friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. An all round winner!

A perfectly peaceful experience in a beautiful area, we were well looked after at all times and the staff were very helpful. If you're being 'picky' then it would have been nice not to have to listen to the same cd at breakfast every morning perhaps ... but, who honestly cares, relax and enjoy everything.

Location, wash cloths, coffee/tea station in room Room too big. Would rather a smaller room with a smaller price tag. Breakfast was overly greasy. Coffee undrinkable

The hotel was really welcoming and the receptionist was really helpful - in fact all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar was great craic especially on the Saturday afternoon with the Ireland France pre world cup rugby match!! The food and breakfast were very good. Our room was very spacious and quiet with a pleasant view over the river. We were there to visit and walk in Glendalough. We werent dissappointed even though the weather was mixed - a really beautiful area with an abundance of walks. We will return to Lynhams at some time in the not too distant future. Absolutely no adverse comments
