Ms O'Brien, who handled everything during out stay also went out of her way to assist us in getting our boarding passes for our flight the next day, even going so far as to asking another hotel (Old Dargen) to print out the e mail passes for us. We then drove to the latter hotel and collected the tickets and all we were charged was the 1.30 euro the post office had charged them to send a fax to Ma Dwyer's. Unfortunately the latter's fax was not working but all the effort was truly appreciated.

The owner was very friendly and cooked a beautiful breakfast. Usually cooked breakfasts in B&Bs are microwave heated and cold but mine was hot and served on a hot plate - extremely good. The room was nice and clean with a good shower.

I had a good time at this guesthouse. The rooms were very clean. The beds were good,. Breakfast was good. The only thing, it is on a main road. I had a room at the back and that was quiet, but I can immagine if you have a room next to the road, you would have some sounds of cars speeding. Very good gueathouse I would recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room clean with everything you need, although bathroom a little small. Lovely breakfast. As the rooms are close together, you can hear neighbours going in and out, as ours did frequently!

Room was very small & cramped. When checking in receptionist had no record of my booking - this didn't cause too much of a problem as she gave me keys for a room anyway (but did not note any of my personal details, ie name), I feel as a result we got a tiny & very cramped room as a result. I had booked the room on line almost 3months in advance.

Lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere. We arrived late as we got lost en route, but the lady of the house was so courteous and friendly and had a great welcome for us. We were attending the Ladies Irish Open Golf Tournament at Killeen Castle and Ma Dwyer's was a perfect location as we were only 10 minutes away from the course.
